Very disappointed in the actions taken by the Stackry staff regarding the mistake made with my shipment. I did not receive a part of my package, first they denied it, then when they realized that they made a mistake they only correct it partially, leaving me with the burden of sorting things out with DHL and the tax authorities as I now have to explain to them the whole situation to prevent them from double taxing me. Stackry couldn't even agree to send a letter to DHL to explain the situation.
I've been happy with the service so far but now after this transaction with customer service I will take my business elsewhere and will not recommend this service to anyone.
So easy and quick, second time trying it out. Absolutely worth it.

Everything worked fine but unfortunately there is no estimation of what the package will cost to re-send before it is shipped to Stackry. I didn't get the order repackaged and got no extras. It shouldn't cost 40$ (The next cheapest option was 68$) to ship a 2lbs box 400km. Even if there is a border in between. I could ship a package that weighs five times more for the same price all the way across Canada. I don't know what normal prices for shopping in the US is but I am very surprised that apparently it's much less competitive dispute there being so many more carriers.

Too many helper messages. You should be able to click "skip" once and not have them show again, the shipping flow is obvious most people won't need help.

You are charging too much more than double what amazon charges for the same service.
The only thing is that i can't return the items to amazon unfortunatly so i am stuck with you.

Overall, positive experience. However, due to some Amazon partners not giving me the tracking number, naming and pricing some of the packages became a bit of a challenge. Not your fault though. But for this reason, I wish the process could be streamlined better somehow. Like if I have to spend $5 for a photo that may or may not help me cross reference the package with my Amazon orders only because they didn't give me a tracking number, that's a bit unfair in my opinion.

There was only 1 freight option for me which was super expensive, much more than i thought! I wont be using the service again if thats the cost of shipping as i believe there would have been other options. I did not need the package to be sent express, but i was not given any other otpion
