You are the most expensive service I have ever tried, I thougt I was finding a good and cheap place to deliver my goods since many of american stores don't ship internationally. But as it turns out you definetely don't check all the boxes for my expectations.

The new website is much harder to use and makes a lot of mistakes that need to be corrected

3-update the shipment upon receiving
No immediate update on received packages plus the price of packages is going super high than my early order
I had to pay 51$ fee for returning my shipment to the seller!. It is really unfair and I will ever not use your website again
