It took several e-mails and chats to correct the address on my shipment.
It was vey good experience, but I would prefer if the shipping price for small one package to be little cheaper.
Generally good service, I wish that for smaller packages regular USPS service was available to save money. I don't need something like FedEx or DHL for a tiny package, plus FedEx and DHL service is terrible in the country I live in.
Repackaging did not help reduce shipping cost at all. Had to pay $5 for nothing. There should be some kind of indication that repacking does not help in cases like this.
As always, easy to use and reliable. Consolidation took a little longer than before but still okay.
