I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had using your product shipping service, which was unfortunately very disappointing.
The packaging process took an unusually long time without any clear explanation, causing a significant delay in shipping. To make matters worse, I was charged a packaging fee despite this delay, which I believe is unjustified considering the poor service.
Additionally, your shipping rates are not low to begin with, and I expected a much higher level of efficiency and professionalism in return. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
This was a frustrating experience that I do not intend to repeat. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving the quality and speed of your services.
There has been a significant delay in the processing, coupled with poor customer service and lack of communication regarding the cause of the delay. Additionally, the compensation offered for the delay is inadequate and does not justify the extended waiting period.

All's good except for rounding up 2.6 lbs package to 5 lbs. That's a bit too much:-/

I can see you were billed on the size of the package and not the scale weight. The carriers that Stackry uses charge based on dimensional weight or actual weight, whichever is higher. Because of this, the size of your parcel can determine the billable weight of your shipment. The size weight or what shipping companies call Dimensional weight is calculated by multiplying the length by width by height of each package in inches or centimeters and dividing by a dimensional weight divisor. When dimensional weight exceeds actual weight, shipments will be charged according to the dimensional weight. We offer repacking services to help reduce the dimensional weight. A really easy and quick service, I've used stackry many times for packages from the US to the UK, when I've had issues it was sorted out quickly.
Never shipping again after this. You held my package hostage when asked to literally just give it to a driver that came to pick it up. I'll also make sure to post my experience everywhere I can.

For example on your list perfume has the tightest restrictions which are based on the ‘flash point’ of the perfume. It is important to know that typical consolidation completion time is 2-4 business days, although it can be much faster than this. I see you requested a consolidation on Thursday and it was not completed until Monday. Stackry is closed on weekends, so the weekend contributed to the delay, but I see it was completed within 3 business days which is within our normal timeframe.
