I wish I did not have to click one star in order to write this review because the deserve no stars. I foundca beautiful peach brides maid dress that popped up for this company. Everyone I showed it to said how classy it looked. Two dresses were ordered and both dresses arrived the same, which is NOTHING compared to what the picture showed which is why I ordered in the first place. The style is not the same on, the peach is a dull peach, not the vibrant color in the picture, and the lining is pink which you can see while walking. I am very disappointed! My daughter reached out to the company about hers and still has not heard back. We are going to look in to talking to our banks. Look at my pictures and tell me if that is the dress I ordered!?
I measured my daughter and followed the size chart and the dress fit perfectly. The shipping time was exactly as it said. I will definitely buy dresses from Stacees in the future!

Stacee's is very responsive. Dress arrives very timely. Absolutely beautiful dress. The only problem was we didn't realize dress had a train and had to pay for alterations to have it cut off after having it custom ordered.

I would give zero star rating if it allowed me to. The dress I ordered did not fit me and the dress was different than shown on the site. Stacees claims "hassle free returns" however, it is anything but "hassle free". I have been going back & forth with them trying to return the dress. They refuse to give a full refund. I had to put a dispute in with my credit card hoping they can resolve this! I believe this website is fraudulent and I would NOT recommend purchasing from it.

I will never purchase from Stacee's again. The whole experience has been awful. My daughter found a dress that she loved. It was unique and something she knew no one else would have. I had read some of the reviews and knew that we were taking our chances. I should have gone with my gut and refused to order it. I followed the tracking process from the beginning. With one week left for delivery and the items still sitting in "production," I sent an email asking for updates on the product. I was told it was in production and asked when I needed it. When I gave the date needed, they said they "would contact the tailor and have her place a rush on the product.' It should have already been shipped by that point. I waited another week and discovered the live chat option. I got the same response: "We will contact the tailor." I demanded my money back and, after threatening legal action, was told I would have a full refund in 2-5 days. I woke up the next morning to a message saying my item had shipped, with a delivery date 5 days over our needed date. I contacted them again via email and demanded my refund, and was told, "A refund can not be made because your garment has shipped." This was less than 24 hours after they promised me that my refund was being processed and it took an additional 24 hours for the garment to actually show that it had shipped. The dress arrived yesterday, and it looks NOTHING like the garment we ordered. The material is cheap and does not match the tulle element, they are two different shades. The gold detailing on the dress is not gold; it's a mixture of iridescent and silver. We ordered the dress for the gold detailing. There is a section right at the bustline that does not lie correctly, it pooches out funny. The zipper catches when you try to zip the back up. Not at all impressed with the quality of the service of this company.
I have been trying to return a dress that is not a US size 8! The dress did not resemble the online picture as well. I tried a live chat and the number provided online and get nowhere. I am at the point where I need to call the Better Business Bureau to report this situation.

I must say my experience shopping with Stacees was absolutely amazing. I was kept in the loop from the moment I placed my order to the moment the dress was delivered at my door.
The dress itself was absolutely beautiful, the picture didn't even do justice to what the actual dress looked like in person. My daughter got so much compliments and she felt like an absolute princess.

The dress came on time and I gave them the correct measurements, but unfortunately it was a little too big. The customer service was amazing though. I got the dress for my sophomore prom and thankfully I have two more proms that will hopefully go well and I will be ordering again from this website. :)

Our experience was positive and this dress has exceeded my expectations! Beautiful fabric- huge full skirt and after giving our measurements it was made to perfection. I also liked that we got updates about the dress being in production, passing quality assurance and then bring in transit. Coming from overseas to Canada I was skeptical but it only took about four weeks from production to delivery. Our dress was custom sized and we even had the back altered to a corset instead of zipper with no additional charge. So happy!
