After having trouble finding a prom dress for my daughter at the local stores, I decided to order from Stacees. They had the style and color we were looking for.
I wasn't sure I could trust this vendor but I went for it. To my surprise the dress was truly made to my daughters measurements that I sent in. It fits her perfectly! The quality is great, the design was just as the pictures showed online, and mostly my daughter feels beautiful in the dress! Very thankful for Stacees!

I emailed Stacees prior to buying my wedding dress because I was between sizes and wasn't sure which size would suit. I wanted to know if they had a UK return address to save on return shipping if I needed to. I was told they had "offices in the UK" and it wouldn't be a problem to order two and return one.
In the end, I went with just one dress. It arrived a few weeks later and I was SO disappointed. It looked NOTHING like the picture! The colour was off, the material was cheap and nasty and there was all this awful netting that the advertisement photo just didn't have. The fit was atrocious. I absolutely hated it. I later found out they steal legit designers photos and make bad copies.
I contacted Stacees to arrange a return and went round in circles with them trying to get me to accept a partial refund. I didnt want a partial refund, I wanted a full refund on return (what am I going to do with a spare wedding dress? It's not like I'm ever getting married again!). In the end, they told me they wouldn't accept a return unless it was damaged! Tried to make out it was "custom made" when it wasn't - I never provided any measurements (they charge more for that!).
Basically, after doing some research, I realised they're a scammy Chinese company that don't adhere to distance selling laws.
Avoid. Don't take the risk. They might be cheap, but that's for a reason. Cheap and nasty 🤮 I've now been conned out of £400 and looking in to how I can take this further. Hopefully PayPal or my bank may be of assistance.

The dress fit like a dream the corset back made it a perfect fit! The color was exactly as pictured and such a great pop! My daughter looks perfect for her photoshoot! We decided to add a papa color rather than the green tie that came with it. But the corset is perfect for that.

Beautiful dress, however after spending additional cost for custom sizing, dress still required alterations. Disappointed in length of time it took to get dress, only to have to bring it to local seamstress & now worried it won't be ready for event.
