Appalling company. I ordered my wedding dress and I was told that it would be with my on 25 March and I have contacted them and given them additional time and told them I have a dress fitting and will be charged if the dress is not here. They assured me it would be here by 6th April and it wasn't so i have lost out on an additional £75 because of them. The dress showed up today while I was talking to them and they have just been rude and dismissive of the fact that this is my wedding dress and I get married in 5 days and do not have time to alter or get another fitting. The customer service is non existent and I would not be seen dead in one of their dresses right now. I was told I would be refunded if the dress did not arrive by 6th and sure enough they refuse to refund. I am very angry and upset and this is stressing me out before my wedding. If you do order from them, do not expect them to meet their own time frames and do not expect any form of decent customer service. I will never use them again.
