I have been trying to return dresses for more than 2 weeks! Just as other reviewers have noted, they refuse to provide return instructions. Instead, they apologize for their delayed response and try to get you to agree to apply for partial compensation under the guise that it is so expensive for the customer to return items. You will be stuck in an endless loop of excuses to avoid refunds. Their go to response is that they will respond in 2 days only to try to convince you to keep the dress.
Stacees had such a great selection of dresses, and I love the one that I chose. I ordered with custom measurements and it fits perfectly. Can't wait to wear it to my prom!

My daughter is very petite. The custom sizing was inexpensive and the dress came the perfect size. We did have to have it hemmed, but that was all. Next formal dress we need, we will order from here again.

The lacy green prom dress we ordered is lovely and fits perfectly. We ordered early and it arrived in less time than estimated. The dress is very pretty and my daughter is happy with it. We ordered this dress a little unsure since you had to guess sizing. But you get an email after you place your order asking for specific sizing. It shipped faster than we thought and it arrived in time for her prom. She loved the dress.

I wanted to get a dress for prom, and when I saw this gold one I knew I had to get it. They wanted to know if I would like to use my own measurements for the dress and I did that. Process seemed like a perfectly normal amount of time and it arrived about 2-3 weeks before my prom. When I got the dress I was AMAZED at how gorgeous it looked from the design and details to its exact measurements. It was complimented by so many which made me feel really good. The next time I decide to order a dress online it will be from Stacee's.

My granddaughter picked out her prom dress on line, but many were just shop and hope. Stacee's allowed me to enter her measurements. Since she is not average it was awesome they did this. She got a custom designed dress to fit her. I can't wait for her special night next month.

My daughter's dress came packaged beautifully. It was a little longer than expected and we had to have it hemmed, but other than that it fit her perfectly and she absolutely loves it and can't wait to show it off at prom! Best advice is to order in advance as it does take a while to ship.
