Very happy with our order. The fit was perfect and the color was exactly what she wanted. Very pleased.
My daughter and I ordered a Prom dress on March 22, with Prom on April 6th. A standard dress (NOT custom). The delivery date was set for March 30-April 3. I have the screen shots to verify. Dress was delivered on the evening of the 8th. We had to buy a new dress at the mall the day of Prom and there was not much selection, but she had to get something. I have tried multiple times to get a refund and they are now unresponsive. I have copies of the chats and ticket information. They asked if I wanted to keep the dress and get a $40 refund. It was her senior prom and it is OVER. I want the full $159 refund. They will not respond to my ticket or chat requests. I have not even opened the dress, it is still in the original package waiting for instructions, return authorization, return address etc. After multiple attempts to return the dress, they came back again asking if I would take a $40 refund and keep the dress and if I insist, I would need to pay for shipping and they would only give me a 70% return.
"If you insist on returning, we will apply for this return privilege from our manager and proceed a 70% refund of dress cost for you after receiving item."

This dress was for my daughters junior prom and she absolutely loved it. The color was what we expected and it fit perfect. We were not entirely sure it would fit as we did the measurements ourselves, but the website guide helped us greatly as we are not seamstress by any measure! We also were very happy about the quality, it was not cheap looking nor did it feel cheap, which we have paid a lot more for dresses that were very cheaply made, so we again appreciate the quality of the dress as well. Overall, I would recommend this Stacees to anyone looking for a good quality dress for any occasion.

Ordered a custom black formal dress for my daughters first prom, and aside from a few alterations (had it taken in and added a hook and eye closure for the back zipper), the dress is everything she hoped it would be and more!
