Mostly Positive we ordered and paid extra for a custom dress and one of the straps was longer and kept falling off otherwise a beautiful quality dress.

The quality of the dress was really nice and fit was perfect; except, the hollow to hem was shorter than expected. Will order standard length in the future and have local seamstress hem.

Delayed shipping (even when paying for expedited shipping) is a problem when prom is weeks away and shipping will take 5 weeks. Unfortunate and unreasonable.
