Shopping was easy, tax free, fast shipping. But they don't insure or have the item delivered with signature required which I think is necessary when item is over $500. The package was simply dropped off at my front door where people could easily just take off with it. I felt that my package was not worthy of a signature required and was unhappy when I saw this and ruined my entire experience with this company.
Product arrived the day after I ordered it, very impressive. Ordered on a Thursday afternoon with 1 day shipping and expected it wouldn't go through until the following Monday, but it showed up the day after, Friday afternoon.
It was an urgent present for my frend and it has arrived right in time from Canada to Italy in two days. Just perfect a phenomenon. Thank you J. G.

One of the most satisfying things when purchasing a premium brand item is the packaging... think Net a Porter, Selfridges etc. My Chloe bag arrived in a cardboard box, bag label bent and unattached to actual bag with plastic fillers! Bag was OK but had a pre-owned look about it. Only didn't return it because it was too much hassle. Wouldn't use SSENSE again based on this experience.

I placed the order on Aug 20th and still haven't received the item. Our family was on vacation in August and came back to town on 26th. Didn't Find the package and called Ssense right away. I was told by SSENSE representative DHL is going to call me to get it resolved, but today is Sept 5th, NO one called me. I was charged over $400 without receiving anything! This is ridiculous!

While lost packages are rare, they do happen from time-to-time unfortunately. Our normal procedure is to open up an investigation with the shipping courier in order to locate the package.
