Bad sizing and returning

We do list the exact measurements of most items on our website, including the item you ordered. With that said, if one of our size charts does not include the exact measurements, we are always happy to request this information from our warehouse upon request. On the website it didn't mention anything about the extra fee that would be added, so I payed for express dilivery then was charged an extra £45 for the service on dilivery. If I had of known this before I wouldn't have purchased the product.

I'm from Australia I received my package about 4 days later which was great! And DHL is just a good company my dad uses them as well for his company

When I received my top there was a little yellow like mark on it. I was disappointed paying all that money I wanted it in perfect condition. I gave your company a call. And explained the situation to Yue
She was so helpful! I sent photos, I would of sent it back. But it was to wear for my birthday. Yue was amazing she looked at the photos and gave me a solution. Money to get it dry cleaned

I was looking everywhere for a black pair of rockstud Valentino pool slides! Every department store, online sites and every boutique including overseas sites and department stores with no luck... I got soooo lucky Ssense had one pair left in my size I will definitely e a returning costume! Fast shipping and great brands!

The only problem i had was they kept cancelling my order with out telling me but phoned up and i believe it was Remey was very helpful, he went and placed my order with my over the phone once placed got to me within 3/4 days so very good
