I got my new pair of Valentino shoes but they did not inform me that there is an international shipping cost!
They were sold out everywhere. I'm very happy i finally found them and also for a good price.The delivery was also very fast.

Did not understand the representative that I was connected with. I had to call in again and speak to someone else that I understood clearly. There was a long process with the defected item where pictures had to be sent AND THEN verified through the warehouse department. THEN a return label would then be issued. Very lengthy and time consuming as you only have a couple of days under the return policy even though I contacted the customer service department the same day that I received the item. Response time frame from the representative was very slow too.
I purchased a pair of Grenson boots for my husband's birthday, and they arrived so quickly. He loves them. He didn't know what to expect when seeing I purchased something from SSENSE, since there is a very nice conglomerate of clothiers, products, etc. to choose from.
