I ordered a hat and the packaging was very flat, thus, flatting my hat. Also, as an online retailer with high end designer product, i would expect more out of the packaging and care, but instead i got a hat stuffed in a clear plastic bag, stuffed into a very shallow box.

My order was for an expedited shipment, and it took over a week for the package to even be sent out. The Miu Miu coat that arrived was dirty and not wearable. It also got the clothing she had underneath when trying it on, dirty.
