Spreadshirt

Spreadshirt ist einfach nur Müll. Ist zumindest meine Erfahrung. Vorab, ich wollte über Spreadshirt einen Shop für POD betreiben. Also selber anbieten anstatt zu kaufen. Spreadshirt hätte somit an mir schön mitverdient / mitverdienen können. Vor Jahren (zu Corona) hab ich mit POD angefangen und mich u. A bei Spreadshirt angemeldet. Ich habe tagelang Designs erstellt, mich auf Seiten angemeldet, Lizenzen gezahlt um die Vorlagen nutzen zu können. Alle Vorlagen habe ich mühsam geändert und für mich angepasst, für Spreadshirt sogar noch umgeändert, da dort kein Editor für Schrift etc vorhanden ist. Also im Grunde alle Designs doppelt für POD-Sonstwer und Spreadshirt. Alles als absoluter Noob. Fast 100 Designs habe ich bei Spreadshirt hochgeladen und tagelang auf Freischaltung gewartet. ALLE wurden abgelehnt. Ich weiß den Grund gar nicht mehr. Hab den Support angeschrieben und die Antwort war in etwa, es würde den Anforderungen nicht genügen. Klar, dumme Schriftzüge mit Psycho-Grafik-Farben ist deren Anspruch (sieht man ja sogar heute noch auf Facebook was da promoted wird) aber umfangreiche Grafiken an denen man ewig sitzt, reicht denen nicht. Ich hab es dann bei Spreadshirt gelassen und woanders auch nicht mehr weiter gemacht. Ich war nur angenervt. Vor, etwa einem Jahr dachte ich mir, schaust nochmal rein und versucht nochmal. Da ging das schon los, das man nur noch 10 Designs hochladen konnte, weil die ihr dämliches Sternensystem eingeführt hatten. Man muss sich hocharbeiten um mehr hochladen zu können. Was ein Schwachsinn. Und eine absolute Zeitverschwendung. Ich hatte vorher irgendwo von Spreadshirt gelesen, das nur noch 10 Designs am Tag gingen, weil soviel Arbeit mit prüfen usw. Blablabla. Selbst die 10 Designs am Tag gibts nicht mehr. Ich will doch Produkte erstellen und verkaufen und dass nicht Häppchenweise über was weiß ich wie viele Tage mit ewiger Wartezeit. Ich habe 10 Tage darauf gewartet, das mein 10 Designs freigegeben werden. Nichts. Support angeschrieben, nichts. Spreadshirt Account gelöscht. Jetzt bin ich ja wie Homer Simpson. Blöde und versuche es nochmal. Mittlerweile per KI-Bildgenerierung. Aber nicht so 08/15 1-Satz Prompt. Sondern wirklich umfangreiche Prompt-Generierung, etliche Anpassung bis das raus kommt was ich haben will und vor allem nicht jeder als Kopie hat. Alle Bilder mühsam nachbearbeitet, Upscaling durchgeführt, Schärfe angepasst und was weiß ich nicht noch alles. Also wirklich viel Mühe gegeben. Auf einigen POD Seiten PROBLEMLOS eingestellt und dann gedacht, gibst Spreadshirt nochmal ne Chance. Hätte ich besser sein lassen sollen. Da waren sie wieder, die max 10 Bilder. Und der fehlende Editor. Also alle Designs wieder mit Schriftzügen versehen. Dann wollte ich die Designs hochladen. Möööp. Zu groß. Also sämtliche Designs wieder verkleinert. Tagelang auf Freischaltung gewartet - ALLE Designs abgelehnt - Designqualität. Fertig. Ich weiß nicht mal genau was da nicht passen soll. Man kann sich zwar eine Hilfeseite anschauen, aber was davon jetzt bei mir nicht passt. Keine Ahnung. Support angeschrieben. Nix keine Rückmeldung. Ja, was macht man. Also hab ich mir 4 Designs ausgesucht und diese irgendwie angepasst, hochgeladen um zu sehen ob und welche durchgehen, um daraus Rückschlüsse ziehen zu können wo der Fehler liegt. Die ersten beiden abgelehnt - Designqualität. Viel schlimmer noch, eine Tag später - mein Account ist plötzlich "Lost in Space" Das bedeutet: weil ich mehrfach gegen Regeln oder Community Standards verstoßen habe und/oder die Ablehnrate der Designs mehr als 10 Prozent beträgt. Da fühle ich mich mehr als verarscht. Das ist im Grunde eine Frechheit. Wenn nicht klar und deutlich gesagt wird, wo das Problem liegt, der Support sich einen Scheiß kümmert, dann muss man doch selber versuchen rauszufinden wo der Fehler liegt - und dafür wird man dann bestraft. Im Grunde steht man damit auf einer Negativliste und ist durch! Jetzt könnte man noch den „entsprechend" dafür zuständigen Support anschreiben und „erklären" was man da, ohweh so schlimmes, gemacht hat und drum bitten diese Maßnahme zurück zu nehmen. Am Arsch – ich werd nach der Erfahrung nicht auch noch betteln. Auch hier den Support angeschrieben und Aufklärung gefordert. Heute wurde dann das 3. Design abgelehnt. Naja. Man kann sich die Reaktion vom Support denken - kam nix. Spreadshirt Account wird gelöscht. Und jetzt wirklich für mich tot für alle Zeiten. Auf einschlägigen Seiten wird es von mir noch entsprechende Bewertungen geben. Macht zwar keine Sinn, aber fühlt sich für 3 Minuten gut an. Was mir ja gefallen hat, das man mit einem Design richtig viele Produkte gleichzeitig erstellen kann, also recht effiziente Arbeit möglich ist. Aber der Rest. Es gibt nicht mal wie bei anderen großen Mitbewerbern eine Editor, das man Text hinzufügen kann, keine Möglichkeit einem Design etwas hinzuzufügen, oder erstellte Designs aus Schrift und Bild zu kombinieren und als Vorlage zu speichern usw. Es ist einfach nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Vielleicht geht das als normaler Kunden wenn ich nen T-Shirt bedrucken will. Aber als Shop Betreiber hab ich das nicht. Abgesehen davon, dass die Produkte einfach recht teuer sind. Vom nicht vorhandenen Support rede ich erst gar nicht Ne, nie wieder – weder als Kunde noch als Anbieter!

Terrible quality. Paid almost $50 and got a flimsy print I could've created for $5 using an iron-on sheet purchased from Michael's. The lettering on the last line of text even dips. Low quality black cotton shirt picks up every piece of lint possible. VERY disappointing!

The customer service is terrible. Specialists respond with huge delay. And when I get a response, it is useless. So the customer service specialist literally says "back off I have no time for you".

Extremely expensive (ordered a romper), super bad quality. We couldn't give this present to the parents and had to buy something else. Customer service was really bad. Will never order here again and do not recommend to other customers.

I joined this site a while ago as a creator to try and sell some t-shirt designs on the site. Spent my own free time creating and uploading them. Sold some shirts and "made money" off them supposedly. Then once I go to actually collect my money, there's no way to get it! I've tried putting in my banking info at least 10 times and every single time it claims the info is incorrect, even though I've literally gone to my bank to confirm its 100% the right iinformation. Contacted SS support and got a couple useless emails telling me to double check my info, with no actual help. A glitch on the site shouldn't mean you're stealing money from me. A support agent should actually figure out a way to get me the money I'm legally entitled to. It should be top priority to follow the law. These people are thieves who don't care about the creators that keep their site alive. Considering taking legal action against them for keeping my money.

MISLEADING & NOT CANADIAN! They call themselves "Spreadshirt Canada" and their website is a.ca website, and they even charge in Canadian Currency. But that's all deliberately misleading. The last order arrived with an extra $120 in Duty, taxes, brokerage, and COD charges.

They give a cut-and-paste line about "oh, that's your government that charged that, not us" but they clearly should not be using a.CA website, and clearly should not be using CAD$ transactions with a Canadian Flag on their shopping cart - they are perfectly happy to trick people into thinking they are Canadian. Lot of other option (such as RedBubble) would be a much better deal and RedBubble would print and ship from inside Canada.

I ordered a sweatshirt for Christmas, the quality of the sweatshirt is okay, color and size were true to the picture, however the printing was terrible. It faded after one wash, and after 3 washes it's almost all gone and destroyed. I would never recommend this website to anyone and will never but anything here again.

Changed the price in the cart after the fact. The price in the cart was different than the receipt emailed to me.
Then there is duty and tax and IMPORT fees ( if you live in Canada!) and it is not cheap.
Plus the shirts ( reg) are on the bigger side of things, quite long!
Not worth it!

Damn, some of yalls reviews scared the $#*! outta me lmao. I've never custom ordered clothing before and I found Them first and didn't really look at reviews until all was said and done and then I seen all these! Well I've received the package and I can honestly say... I didn't fight with anything, the fabric is nice and soft, it fits well, the print looks great, the color I wanted was a charcoal grey so the color was dull but that's what I wanted so I can't say much on if the bright colors are vibrant(they probably arent lets be honest haha), my main concern was that it was ridiculously priced? Especially in import fees. And I will find cheaper for the future lol but overall for me personally, wasn't horrible.

Spreadshirt gave me a total of roughly $400 for my invoice for 20 shirts. They then showed me there was a $75 one time shipping fee. The total invoice was roughly $475. This is okay. After i paid and made the order, they then conveniently hit you with A 175 DOLLAR HIDDEN FEE because i live in canada. Not once through out the entire check out process was a fee this large mentioned. If a hidden fee is almost half of the invoice price, it should be mentioned as such in the invoice. Their customer support department was also a complete joke where only 1 of the 8 members i had to speak to spoke semi coherent non broken english. The entire refund process took over a month, and it wasnt even a 100% refund. Stay away from these scam artists at spreadshirt

Another Woke Company that will go the way of Bud Light, Target etc. Vote with your $$, don't order anything from this company.

After questioning the company BEFORE creating all their designs and their store regarding the designs and messages to be sure they would be approved, FCB D3code received written approval that this woke company would print their designs. Then once the orders started coming in they canceled all the orders and refunded money to the buyers, saying they had breached community standards with the products.

All the designs had been submitted for approval and WERE approved in writing.

Who would think the words 'God's Army' or having the number '17' or a 'Q' printed on a shirt or merch would cause such an uproar and result in the cancelation of their products?

I was charged over $80 in taxes, fees, brokerage fees in addition to the high shipping costs for an order of less than $300. I will never use this company again. Be forewarned-just because spreadshirt uses ".ca" it doesn't mean anything.

I ordered a hat but they are giving me a runaround about delivery. They are scammers. Do not buy anything from them you will just lose your money

I paid $40 for expedited shipping but the merchandise still arrived a couple of days late rendering them useless. I asked for a partial refund which was declined.

Good service, fast reaction on my mail and a quick delivery of a nice t-shirt. I don't ask for more.

I purchased 3 t shirts for the first time from spread shirts, but unfortunately was not crazy about the workmanship or quality of the tshirt themselves. The prints are cool but the colors tend to be dull and non-vibrant. Will probably not purchase tshirts from this store with a $33 dollar price point per T shirt. If they improve on the materials and colors I would consider purchasing from them based on the tshirt designs.

I ordered a shirt and specifically indicated that the design be on the back. Design came on the front. Not happy.
