This is a super website, I have been a designer for 10 years and I assure you this is the most stable and reliable website in the world, Armen Margaryan:

I accidentally ordered the wrong size in a hoodie. They sent me out a new one at no extra charge. They were so nice. The shipping was super fast and they answered the call right away.

Stay away from spreadshirt! I am a self employed artist that uploads my own designs to spreadshirt for sale. The problem with spreadshirt is the design rejection, one day they accept the design and than 7 days later they will reject it for BS reasons. Than they give you penalties for rejected designs and reduce your visibility to buyers. It's crazy how they treat us for measly 3 usd! Please take your business elsewhere! I'll change this design when things improve!

However the main reason for the purchase was the print on the polo shirt
Very poor design very light and can hardly be seen
Looks more like a stain that a clear and sharp image
Have tried to reach out to them but unable to make contact

Spreadsheet fulfilled my order exactly as promised, and even offered a refund when my mistake was made on a first set of shirts. I highly recommend.

I ordered the shirt and paid for better shipping. The quality of the T-Shirt could be better but it's exactly what I ordered my only complaint is the HORRIBLE SHIPPING! The shipping is so poor that you get a UPS tracker initially but it's actually USPS or a joint collaboration but here's the kicker. It hit NN pretty quick but once it hit BJ they use a 3rd party to transport it to my local USPS and it took that 3rd party 3 or 4 days to transfer it to my local USPS. While with 3rd party UPS nor USPS had any way to find out where the package is and I paid a good amount on shipping. They obviously make a profit on shipping. I wouldn't order again because of the horrible shipping.

I ordered in August. It is now December, and my order has still not arrived. But, what do they care? They have my money. If I get a refund, it will be from PayPal. Do not even consider this company.

They are great at printing but I ordered an xxl and it doesnt even cover my belly button. However they did refund me. The got great customer service but the 3 xl hoodie is something for a clown

I oredered a sweatshirt at 4:30 pm, realized that night that the sweatshirt I ordered was a zip up, wanted to change to a pullover, called the next morning at 7:45am and they told me no changes can be made, its already in production. Very doubtful. It states right on their order confirmation page "click here to make changes or cancel". Incredibly poor customer service.

I ordered 2x Premium Organic T-shirts and 1X Mens Hoodie and the prints look ok (have only washed a few times) but the quality of the garment is not at all! The white t-shirt is so thin that I can see my nipples and chest hair through the material, and the hoodie is also very thin that it doesn't hold its shape and is not warm at all. This is a huge disappointment as the world doesn't need more poor quality goods being made that do not last their expected lifespan. I suspect that after 10 washes these items will be misshaped, faded and even thinner. I had ordered a hoodie from Spreadshirt in the past the the quality was excellent, so that are cutting costs there and that is a shame. I will not be using them again and would urge other not to either as the quality is not good!

Nothing was wrong with our spreadshirt order and my son was absolutely thrilled to have one of his drawings on a t-shirt! Everything was effortless. Shipping was pretty quick also even for my son who could not wait to get his hands on it. We've had the shirt for a good while now and it is still holding up great wash after wash. My son wears it a lot. I make sure to wash it inside out as recommended. I do put it in the dryer but not on a high heat. The colors of his design came out perfectly and just like I had made them in my graphic software. The only fault was ours in picking the color of the shirt. It looked greener on the website and more blueish green when it arrived. We will order again with his design and be more careful about the shirt color in the future. The included photo shows the design still looking great even after months of washing and drying.

Ordered a sticker through them as it was $1 cheaper than others I found online. A single sticker was all I ordered, so it should have been a quick and easy transaction. Paid $7.56 for it and within a day or so, received an email saying it was shipped. Checked the tracking number and it never seemed to get picked up. A few days later, still the same status, so I emailed them to find out what was going on. They assured me it was shipped and it should arrive soon. 3 weeks later, I still never got it. They said it was shipped, but again the tracking number didn't indicate it was even dropped off at the post office. 4 weeks elapsed before they finally gave me a refund. Complete waste of time and a joke of a company.

Spreadshirt is the worst printing company that exists today. Do not even try it. Almost nothing they have on their site is ever available AND they'll tell you it is, only to tell you WEEKS later that it isn't. I have no idea what they claim to do but it's not business. It sucks to pay so much only to have NOTHING in return. Their customer service team is the most incompetent team ever. They'll send you tons of emails that have absolutely nothing to do with your order. Worst experience EVER shopping online.

I don't often give a review on products I purchase but I saw so many bad reviews of this website, I thought I'd give my own personal opinion. I read a lot of reviews saying shipping took forever, the quality of the clothes was awful, and some people were charged duty upon arrival. I had none of these issues. My confirmation email said my order would be here between June 14-June 28 (I ordered May 24th) and I got it in a June 14. The quality of our shirt was good and the customization was perfect. I wasn't charged any fees when my order was delivered and I live in Canada.

I will never order from this company again. Not only was my delivery late, but I now have to go drive 35 minutes to go pick it up now AND have to pay $20 in import fees which I was not made aware of at the time of ordering……haven't seen the quality yet but can only imagine with how this has gone so far

I think this is the first negative review I leave in my life. My order never arrived and they do not provide a tracking number with a standard delivery. The only solution was to refund the money or they can give you a voucher to purchase it again (and wait another 20 days). The express delivery is 30 pounds and they do not cover it. Not suitable if your t-shirt if for a certain event or present. Girls from the customer attention service were nice though.

I paid for international premium shipping to my house. After waiting for multiple weeks I got a call from FedEx saying that I would have to pick up my order from a warehouse. On top of that I needed to pay double the original shipping fee in duties. I can't believe I was charged so much for shipping and had to pay triple the original price. Also, Spreadshirt never emails you when to pay duties, instead FedEx calls you at random times, and if you're too late they send the shipment back to SpreadShirt. Ordering and customer service was a nightmare.

They will deny almost all of your hard work and wont explain why. Takes days to get simple answers.
They do as they please and dont give a fudge about you as an artist.
You spend hours and hours creating art that you want to sell and they just say "no" and cant tell you why.
I have uploaded the same art five times and depending on who sits at the other end some got through and some didnt.
If you want to sell your art, go to elsewhere.

I had a store with Spreadshirt and ordered a shirt for someone who did not have internet access. Because I was logged into my account when ordering, I did not receive commission. What difference does it make where the order comes from or who orders it? They still get a profit so we should still get a commission. I deleted my account and will stick to another platform that pays out commission nomatter what. Poor business if you ask me.
