Spreadshirt

I ordered a sweater as a christmas gift... weeks went by and I heard nothing. Then I got a call from UPS saying it couldn't be delivered until I paid them more money, and that if I didn't they'd send it back to the company. I didn't feel comfortable paying over the phone so I took my chances with it being sent back. Next thing I know I get a letter in the mail giving me a website to go to pay the extra money. So I did. In the end I never got my product, only got a partial refund and never got the extra money back from UPS. I was scammed out of about $30 or $35 and a ton of my time. Spreadshirt is NOT WORTH THE HASSLE

I placed an order 10/23/20, paid $30+ for premium shipping to have items arrive on time. Late 11/2/20 I received 3 of the items ordered with a packing slip included that listed all of the items ordered! Quality of lettering is poor, not even close to pictures on site, quality of t-shirt received very poor, rough, definitely not "soft."
Email company daily, no satisfaction. No need now for items ordered for Halloween and political rallies over the weekend. $200 down the drain.
I won't order from them again. They sent me emails patting themselves on the back, "problem resolved." No it wasn't and when I pressed them... They suggested I refuse delivery as a solution, I live in a rural town with no mail service, all mail goes to a PO Box, I explained to Spreadshirt, it's not possible for me to refuse delivery, they don't care.
How about a return label and a full refund immediately.

Do not buy from this company. Once you place your order. You are barraged with this hip sounding email 2/3 times a week. In reality, it took well over month and a half to get this way over priced T-shirt with no tracking because the tracking was way over priced as well. Put this "paper thin" T-shirt up to the light and the thread design is all ‘blotchy'. The material clings together as well. It'll probably fall apart if washed in a washing machine. Just horrible.

I really wanted to give this company 5 stars until they decided to play games with me. Let me just say that I don't normally write reviews but I am so mad that I just had to. I ordered 2 shirts before Father's day that didn't arrive until the end of June. No problem right? Wrong! One shirt came with no sleeves. I emailed them and they were prompt, nice requesting a picture of the wrong shirt. I sent it. They agreed it was a mistake and offered to send the correct shirt while telling me to keep the incorrect shirt. No problem right? Wrong once again! I received a notice from USPS telling me something was wrong with the address on the item so they couldn't deliver it. I yet again emailed them asking what the problem was with the address since it's exactly the same address that I previously received the shirts. Well... they told me once they received the item back that they would resend it to the correct address. I still haven't received the actual shirt I paid for after weeks of dealing with this foolishness. Today, I finally requested a refund so I'm sure I'll be waiting... I will never purchase from this company again. I don't recommend anyone to do so either.

Purchased 2 onesies for a present back in April. Told it would be here by May 5th. Wasn't told until after I ordered that they'd come from the States with no tracking provided. Finally got a customs Dec number but unable to find it anywhere. Contacted them and asked what they would do. Said they coukd resend without a tracking number, or I could get a refund, or get it set International Express Freight for an extra $48. That would make the total cost for 2 onesies over $100. A week ago I asked for a refund. Still no sign of it. Very disappointed with this company.

Like most other reviews you will read here, I too ordered a shirt from spreadshirt on May 15th. I was sent a FedEx tracking number however, my package number seems to be linked to 2 orders being tracked - 1 that has been "in transit" in Newark NJ since May 21 and one that has been "in transit" in Mirabel Quebec since June 10! I live in Ontario! When I reached out to customer service, no one responds. It has been 5 days already. Be warned - stay away and save your money!

They sell used shirts and recycled shirts. The shirts had a smell. This is a waste of money. You will do better going to your local store and finding print to iron on. Will be posting another with photos. I've emailemailed and called and after 2 weeks no-one has called or emailed me back. What really sucked is that I referred others and the same thing has happen to them with the old smelly shirts. I will make sure they all send in a review with photos. I will be uploading photos soon.
