I subscribed through Tapjoy and ordered a bottle of E27 liquid collagen bottle, the payment process was slow so I pressed twice and later I found that they ordered 2 try for 14 days bottles by mistake and after the 14 days if I don't return them I'll pay for both. I sent an email saying that I don't want to try both I only want to use one and pay for it later if I like it, they answered that I can't cancel the order now I can return it later, why all this inconvenience, I only want one and I will only pay for one and if I continue my subscription I will demand one per month I don't need 2. Plus they don't provide a phone number for you to call you only have to send and email and wait for the response

There are only 5g of collagen in this product and it's loaded with sugar. This is super unhealthy. I was super sick after taking this product.

I saw only women advertising & women reviewing & in the info & FAQ there was no reference to whether it is a unisex product or geared towards women. In the end I took advantage of the try before you buy and I will let you know how I go.

I'm confused as to how I'm supposed to see results when each bottle contains 450mls. If I'm required to take 30mls a day, then each bottle only last 15 days and then I have to wait for my second $50 bottle that will again last only two weeks. This is a rip off and I'm cancelling asap
