I liked the 'Ask Spoiledchild' to gain assistance when selecting products for my needs. I wish it was more tailored to each individual. I felt that it didn't really provide a targeted response to my concerns. Also, a compare products option would be nice.

The website was a little annoying after I chose the one thing that I wanted to try, I had at least 7-10 additional things I had to click past to finally end my transaction. Maybe one would be acceptable AFTER I had already made the purchase.

Too many add-ons

Really excited to try your product, but getting to the actual product I wanted to order, and the checkout process is filled with so many pop-ups. If you trust your product, streamline the process. I get that you want to cross-sell, but it's just too much. I've actually looked at your stuff a few times and have just closed my browser as a result. Hope this helps.
