I placed an order for one bottle of collagen to try before you buy. I was charged 6.99 for that. Somehow now you have me in for having 3 orders and charged me for all of them. I tried to cancel as soon as I got the confirmation email but there is no option. Worse experience I've ever had with ordering something online and I order all of the time. It's manipulative that there is no option to cancel BEFORE it's even shipped. You think people will won't want to deal with the return so they'll keep it. Now I have to go through the process of returning things I didn't order. Horrible site

Aggressive sales

The upselling started the minute I signed up. I do think the product might work; it isn't going to with in 30 days… with any collagen. The bottle totally sucks. There is syrup drips within a few uses and requires a wet paper towel after each use. I was given a free travel size code, which didn't work.

First Time Ordering

This is my first time ordering, so I can only review that and not yet the product. In placing my order I got the opportunity to place another order for additional products at 20% off, which I said yes to. Unfortunately my bank saw this as a scam and the transaction did not go through. Got a pop up on the site that said "ops" could not complete. I then got a text from spoiled child offering the 20% off but the offer was only good for 5 minutes, as I tried to order from link and got offer no longer available message. A little disappointing, but am hopeful the product stands up to the great reviews and really is legit.

Spoiled Child collagen purchase

Everything went fine, but I was using a pre-paid credit card and it would not let me only pay the shipping to try for 14 days. Not a big deal, but a bit difficult to navigate the numerous attempts to "upsell" with offering another bottle or to autoship. I hope I love the product :)

I have been taking the e27 collagen for 2 weeks now. Already I had a friend notice the difference in wrinkles on my face. He said they were smoothing out. My gut is transforming which is great. I love this stuff. It really works.

I'm still trying to finish out the whole bottle but the flavor is overwhelming and overly sweet. It hits my stomach very hard in the morning. Not seeing any difference between this product and the non-flavor powder I used to use in my morning coffee.
