I signed up for the subscription, then it asks would I like another bottle. I said okay. Didn't see my complete order until after I was charged, then I have 3 bottles...wtf. There is nowhere to cancel the order. Absolutely terrible for consumers. Will report to the better business bureau for shady selling practices.

Service seems great with the ability to ask questions in real time. However, I am still not sure if I am buying in Canadian or USD, and that is important to me as it can change the price significantly. That is the only thing I would say could be improved.

I'll keep it simple and just say that it's truly not worth it. I purchased for months on and off through the years. 2 months ago, I decided to come back. I still had my bottle from last month and the alert that my order was going to ship in 5 days popped up for the current one so I cancelled. 2 weeks later, in the dead of night, I got an email solely from PayPal stating that Spoiled child charged my account... I thought it was a phishing email at 1st! Like, how shiesty would it'd be if they charged me for an subscription I cancelled ON TIME. I emailed them about it and Melissa emailed back. They tried to gaslight me as well and claimed that I didn't cancel it but "changed the date of my auto-fill." Strange how I "changed the date" but it was charged on time without any notice from them. They don't send confirmations when you halt subscriptions to them, then they bs and stonewall when you hold them accountable -- if they wanted a problem then they've got one with me. It's not stopping with one review on this website.
Update: Melissa in particular didn't help in the slightest. She answered like a bad AI and did not provide clarity/ responses that correlated to my queries, frustration, and concerns. I finally got help from a Miranda ( I can't recall her name but I know it also started with an M.) Within 2 emails, she shed light on the situation and resolved my concern. I'm done with Spoiled Child because of staff like Melissa and it's reflected throughout this site that she only seems to escalate issues rather than resolving them -- who really deserves that treatment when they fork over their money to a company? I still never received a receipt from Spoiled Child which is fishy af but I'm returning what was purchased and closing out connection to my accounts.

Your ad is confusing. I signed up for renting I did not mean to order. The auto renew and the collagen serum. I know I can stop auto renew. But can I stop the order of the serum?

When I order anything online I don't want to be bombarded with "buy these" items at the end. Had I received one more ad of items I have no interest in I would have cancelled my order, gone to Costco and purchase the Collegen.

There is no way to order 2 bottles at the same time without going and adding another bottle completely to the order. Need to make that available. I would never do auto renew of any product.
