I just signed up and am looking forward to the experience of this product. I am new to collagen & kern to benefit. I tried to find information about how this product relates to men's health too. I saw only women advertising & women reviewing & in the info & FAQ there was no reference to whether it is a unisex product or geared towards women. In the end I took advantage of the try before you buy and I will let you know how I go.

I'm confused as to how I'm supposed to see results when each bottle contains 450mls. If I'm required to take 30mls a day, then each bottle only last 15 days and then I have to wait for my second $50 bottle that will again last only two weeks. This is a rip off and I'm cancelling asap

I never ordered from them but was charged nearly $60. Was getting constant texts & emails, now they've gone silent. There are warnings all over the Better Business Bureau about this company. Do NOT trust them! Don't even LOOK at their site or you'll be charged.

Not sure why I would get a survey request 20 minutes after placing my order considering I have not received or tried the product yet, but I'll give some feedback of my ordering experience if that's helpful. I don't mind the subscription option BUT I think you need to provide the customer with THEIR subscription of choice: example, I ordered 2 bottles, I wanted this as a monthly subscription as more than one person in my house uses the product, however, for 2 bottles you only give the option for every 2 months, 3 bottles 3 months, etc.

It kept saying I had a card issue after I hit the purchase button. I received an email thanking me for my purchase, so, I checked my account the the money was withdrawn. Not sure what the issue was but glad to know I will be getting my purchase.

I tried the mango collagen and it's not for me (though I am still taking it and it is tasting better each time), but they kindly gave me an option to try something else. Just ordered the powder version to add to my coffee in the mornings. We'll see! Really appreciate that option.

As I was signing up for the deal, there was an offer of a reduced price from $55 to $44 so I clicked that button but then when the total came up at the end of the process, it said they would charge me $55. Feels a bit bait & switch to me, but we shall see

Going through the quiz to calculate which one was best for me was easy.
I have not tried the product as of yet, not sure I will like the flavor as I didn't have a choice and will be getting mango. I am hoping future deliveries, if I chose to continue will allow me to chose a flavor I like.
