Ordered one item over a month ago. I have sent several emails about getting a refund am ignored and sent tracking info… it's in Japan for some reason. Refund hasn't been issued and emails are going unanswered now.

I wish I could give this company a great review! But I CANNOT! I love this product, and I wish I could say I'm happy with my experience in ordering this product! But I cannot!
I placed an order on Jan 17th, 2022, for 2 human hoodies and 1 dog hoodie, for a bday gift on Feb 4th. Then, I thought I could gift them for valentine's day...
My order didn't arrive until Feb 9th, and it was wrong. I received 3 human hoodies...
I emailed them, had to take photos of the box, the outside packaging, and the hoodies with the tags... to prove my claim. I did so on Feb 10th.
I was told, after reviewing everything that I would receive a replacement dog hoodie, that I originally ordered.
Well, I STILL have nothing! I have a tracking number but the shipment has NOT been sent to date!
I am SO very disappointed!
I would give them ZERO stars for terrible customer service!

Its good to finally find clothes that fits our dog right and comfortable very suitable! Super stylish

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. FYI they are posting fake reviews on this site. Notice how none of the positive reviews are verified purchases LOL. Pathetic. If I could give no stars I would. Spark Paws needs to be sued. This "Canadian" company which is probably not even located in Canada, is deceptive and shady. They are liars and frauds. They have no real address and no actual customer service number. A big red flag that I totally overlooked. The customer service number listed on the website leads you to talk to no one. It immediately gives a message that claims they only provide support via email, yet they don't answer emails. You cannot even DM them on Instagram. They make it hard to get in contact because they want you to give up and lose your money. They claim items are out of stock or delayed because of "supply constraints" when in all actuality they drop ship cheap items from China and mark up the price. That's fine but don't lie about it and try to gaslight others and act like people are making stuff up. People are not lying when they say that you will be waiting WEEKS maybe even months to receive these items. Yet they claim on their website they have "fast delivery". Yeah right. Don't believe the hype or reviews. These are paid people, people being sponsored, likely receiving some type of incentive, or simply thirsty to be reposted on their page to gain a few followers. I believe majority of their following are bought bots. If you comment anything that doesn't fall in like with their perfect business facade, they delete your comments and block you on Instagram. I have multiple screen shots and screen recordings of this. Several people asked about shipping delays, the terrible quality, and informed others that they are indeed drop shipping and their comments were deleted shortly after. People were asking about orders placed in January that still had not shipped as of today February 8th and those comments were deleted. Others were complaining of the horrible quality and those comments were deleted also. They have time to post all day and filter through the comments but can't respond to pertinent questions and emails. If they give you the run around and ignore you contact your card company with evidence immediately to be refunded and blast them on social media. It's what they deserve.

It is super soft and fits my dog perfectly. I love that the hood will Cover her ears if I need it too.

I ordered two dog hoodies from Spark Paws. While I followed their sizing guide, the size that they claimed would fit my dogs, is actually a better fit for ahamster or small Guinea pig. When I contacted Spark Paws to do an exchange for two hoodies in the next size up. According to their website they offer free returns and/or exchanges on your first order. When I contacted them (which is a time consuming and convoluted process in itself) they said to donate the small dog hoodies to a rescue and that they would send me a new package with two hoodies of the correct size. Roughly a month later I received a single dog hoodie-not the TWO I had paid for. The whole process literally took 4 months and I'm not even done trying to get my money refunded. I told them I don't want the hoodie and at this point I wanted to send it back and get a full refund…that is when they made the claim that I had to pay the return shipping. I'm not doing that since these came from China (there was no indication on their website that they were a foreign based company. My advice is to stay as far away from this shady site as possible. They might not be a clear cut scam but they're shady and unethical.

I was a little nervous it wouldnt fit just because my dog is between sizes but getting the larger size was perfect! And my dog loves it

This is not a US based company. When you place an order on their website, they have your order shipped from Asia to the US. Then it is forwarded to your house. That is why it takes so long to get your order. You're being charged a high price for cheap stuff from overseas, hiding behind the guise of a pretty website with nice photos. This is a get rich quick business for someone

This sweatshirt is SOOO much better than I expected. It has a super soft fuzzy interior which makes my thinskinned PitbullBoxer super happy and warm! She has basically been wearing it nonstop since we purchased this and when we take it off of her she gets mad and goes and grabs it and brings it to us to put back on her. I am very likely going to buy it in a bunch of variations to have for her through the cold months!

I love it. I should have gotten it a little smaller but the quality was great and it washed really well.

My pitbull Charlie Murphy loves this hoodie! And loves all the attention he gets when wearing it. The measurements were spot on! Which was my biggest concern. And the quality is excellent. Absolutely recommend!

You better hope nothing goes wrong with your order, because the service is terrible.

First off the hoodies are okay, but not "buttery soft" as they claim. I've found better quality hoodies at a cheaper price with a different brand.

I ordered three hoodies and wanted to return them. They will try anything to get you to keep the merch. They insisted I could give them as gifts. I kept declining and then they gave me the return address. The address doesn't even fully show up in USPS' system. I had to handwrite the address and then use the USPS formatted address for the label. I asked three times what the long number in the address they gave me was with no response - guess what, it's a number for the warehouse which needs to be on the package. This is because they use a third party warehouse and not their own. Lots of different brands use that warehouse and the google reviews from the truckers that pick up there are poor. That's why it takes a week and a half to ship the order.

Anyways, 20 emails back and for later I have my refund. But let me tell you that the first time they issued the refund it was in the subtotal amount. Had to email again to get the taxes refunded. They also only respond once per day at about midnight only through email, so have fun. My saga lasted about a month and from the time my package arrived to when I got a refund was about 15 days (they told me it would be three).

Not worth the headache. Buy from a better brand that cares.

My pit always gets cold in the winter (45lbs). I ordered the 2xl, and it fits really well. I got the cotton candy hoodie. I love the quality, and am going to order again today
