I ordered one PJ and one coat for my grand dog. He is a silver lab and Basset cross. I ordered him a large which is normal. XL is way too big. So I ordered the normal size LG. I try it on my grand dog and it is very small. Even the neck was too small to get over his head. I would estimate the items were between a SM and MED. The company advertises free returns on first order. GOOD LUCK! It has taken me 3 emails to get them to agree to take items back. And I am expected to pay shipping with tracking. I am STILL trying to get a prepaid label. The window for return will expire by the time I get an answer. Also upon further research items are also manufactured in China. Supposedly...some. I will never do business with them again. I do not recommend anyone does business with them. We all love our pets like family and their designs look adorable but...it's just another company who doesn't care about customer service and orders small sized items from China. I am very displeased.

Terrible shipping from China and impossible to contact the one guy that runs the place out of his house in the USA and drops ships from a cheap china wholesaler

Like many here, I discovered the wait for product was almost a month. Once received the items were all too small despite using the sizing chart. Now I have to decide if it's worth it to pay for return shipping and keep what's leftover or just donate them.

I recently purchased two size 4X outfits for my Great Dane from Spark Paws, and I can't express how disappointed I am with this experience. The sizes were drastically different; the larger of the two wouldn't even fit a German Shepherd! It's hard to believe the inconsistency in their sizing.

The return process is nothing short of ridiculous. Instead of providing adequate customer support, they tried to upsell me on couch covers and human sweaters, which was completely uncalled for. On top of that, I had to pay an exorbitant 30% of the total cost just to return the items. After I sent them the tracking information, I was baffled to receive a request for a link to the tracking code. It seems they don't know how to copy and paste!

To make matters worse, once they received the return, they deducted another 10-11% from my refund, claiming the package had hair on it. This is absurd. We took the items out of the package, laughed at the sizes, and promptly returned them—all within 10 minutes! If there was any hair present, it must have been from a previously returned or used outfit they sent me.

Overall, my experience with Spark Paws has been incredibly frustrating. I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you're considering purchasing pet apparel. Save yourself the headache and the money!

The company employed a delay tactic to prevent me from returning items. It took more than five emails and two months for them to finally approve my return request. Moreover, the measurement for the large dog item needs to be more accurate. To add to my disappointment, I later found out that the items were manufactured in China.

I had to return my hoodies because I measured wrong according to their chart. First, they come from China. Second, I sent 2 hoodies back and they didn't refund full amount because they smelled like smoke. No one smokes in my family so I am unsure what they are talking about but they sure kept my money. Stay away. Better hoodies other places for sure!

The website presents itself as a mom & pop shop. It doesn't mention anywhere that products ship from China. This means they take *forever* to arrive. But I'm less concerned with that then the environmental impact of shipping a single package from China to the USA. I wouldn't have ordered it if I'd known it had to travel that far! Still waiting to get the items, so can't speak to their fit or quality yet.

The shipping process leaves a lot to be desired. The international shipping company provided few details and they do not have a way to contact them outside of calling a number in China. The last-mile provider lied about delivery attempts and then actually made the delivery at midnight, which caused the package to be exposed to potential thiefs and out in the rain. Spark Paws customer support was mediocre at best. They kept providing me information I already had and did not read the actual information I provided. After two emails and a chat, I finally received the correct info for the final-mile provider (by that time I had already dealt with two other shipping companies in the process). Additionally, despite measuring my dog and using the provided sizing guidelines on their website, the clothing item is very snug on my dog. I would return it but don't want to have to deal with the shipping nightmare again.

If you own a Frenchie, these are cute clothes. But you must really consider the sizing. As long as you make sure that's the size for your dog you should have no problems. Do not go off of human sizes or what you think the size should be. My Frenchie is 26 pounds and I get the extra large on him so it's loose a little bit. Also, my husband is usually a size large I just sized up to an extra large and it's a little loose on him. The matching outfits are adorable and I get tons of compliments.

I went to the site hoping to find clothes to fit greyhounds and in a search came up with nothing, when I checked on the products it's the same as any other site, S, M, L etc. false advertising

Highly recommend not ordering from this company. Not only do they ship everything from China but if you try to return something they make you pay for shipping again to return it! $7 shipping to purchase and $7 to return the item! And their customer service is pretty much NONEXISTENT or HELPFUL!

I know a lot of people have complained but I want to say mine fit great for my boxers and American bulldog. They are very nice quality and held up great when washing them. They fit great for my large dogs. Yes, they ship from China, took about 2 weeks. I have ordered from them twice. I loved them so much that I ordered more.

Customer service was great after I ordered an incorrect size. Shop by breed for accurate sizing! Great product and nice quality!

I ordered a XL for my son, and Large for his dog. The dog one says L on the tag, it'll fit a chihuahua. My son's dog is 65lbs! And the XL... it would barely fit me and I wear a medium. I asked for refunds, because clearly they are incorrectly labeled, and I get told the human one I can't get a refund on because it's a "final sale." But I can return the dog one. They purposely send incorrect labeled items, tell you they can't be returned and/or want you to pay to send the item(s) back to China.

We love our hoodies! They were so soft and fit perfectly! The dogs were pretty comfortable sleeping and walking in them.

Love these hoodies! Very nice, soft, quality. And they wash and dry just as nice. All three of my dogs are cozy and warm now that it's cooling off in Arizona! Finally lol I recommend! You won't be disappointed

Man I wish I had read the reviews of this site prior to ordering from them.Now I'm nervous of even receiving my items. Their sizing chart is misleading and I assumed my dog (a pitbull) would be an xl. Evidently their sizing chart claims they are 3xl-4xl. I was hoping to exchange the wrong size item I ordered by mistake but from the looks of the reviews they don't refund.

Ordered two hoodies, two leashes, and two harnesses from them. Both leashes broke in the first month and one of the harnesses broke as well. They offered to replace them, which is nice, but the way they broke made it not worth it to me. I asked for a full refund and haven't received a response yet. I have an English bulldog and a golden retriever, so they pull...a lot. If you have dogs that like to pull on walks, do not get these harnesses or leashes.

Ordered a human / dog matching hoodie set. Details said 'final sale', no other info on the product page. I followed their measurements exactly & the dog hoodie doesn't fit, waaaay to small, nowhere near fitting. They won't refund or exchange because the items were classed as 'final sale'! They are very underhand & not transparent at all. I left a review on another website - TP. They responded to try to make it look as though they wanted to help me 'come to a resolution' I sent them a message - they replied - no refunds or exchanges. They lied & said the details regarding what 'final sale' meant were on the product page. They aren't! The only details are about a 30 day exchange and refund. You have to seek out on another page the terms & conditions of what 'final sale' means.
Also the goods aren't worth the money - even at sale prices. AVOID!

I ordered a hoodie for myself & my dog, plus a jacket for my dog. They're too small, but I'm stuck with them. They're really soft & the fabric is nice...

These items were slightly discounted the day I ordered & I guess that makes them 'clearance & final sale' which I found out the hard way when I tried to exchange the dog items for one size bigger.
The jacket was literally $2 off, still $48! That shouldn't qualify as clearance. I splurged to get something nice for my pup & now I've spent $70 on items I can't even use. They still have these items on the site in every size & color available. It's not a clearance item...
It feels misleading at best. Really disappointed customer service wasn't understanding at all. They don't let you exchange anything, I didn't even want my money back. :( so buyer beware.
