Shipping out of China, takes weeks to receive order, and when it finally arrived it was wrong. Didn't want to give me a refund - only exchange - which I was not interested in. Still waiting for a refund on something I didn't order. Had to pay the return postage - $11.25.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This is a one man band who uses different names in his communications to give customers the impression that there's a staff. He buys cheap from China and sells it 10 fold in the USA.
I waited 3 weeks for the dog harness to arrive. It was shipped out from China! Then the harness material was extremely thick and stiff and totally unmanageable. He gives no refunds. You can exchange it at your own expense, or he'll will give you a discount on your next PO.
Notice how his website shows hundreds of only 5 stars reviews. Odd, isn't it? That should tell you something.
Better to stay with Amazon.

$70 for a adult and dog matching sweater that is dropped shipped directly from China? No mention of this anywhere on their very professional looking website. The wool was definitely pulled over my eyes and I assumed based on the look of the brand and the prices that I was getting QUALITY, Made in the USA Clothing. What a rip off to pay this much to a false front of a company. They literally pocketed 60-80% of what I paid as profit, then pay a sweat shop in China to make and ship their product. The owners state on their website that they "wanted a place to buy high-quality, proper-fitting dog essentials that didn't cost an arm and a leg." Well they do cost and arm and a leg, and they are not high quality and DEFINITELY NOT high value.

Do not order from this company as they promise a lot but do not deliver. My order has been in limbo and they keep telling me to wait it will be here. They are a joke to deal with and then they just do not get back to you.

Buyer Beware! All items are shipped from China or Asia. I'm almost at 30 days and still have not received anything and tracking from both the Asian carrier and USPS have gone dead with no action for weeks. And no response on when I can expect a refund. My suggestion is save your money, if the order ever comes in I'm guessing it's going to not be worth the money.

Every thing is shipped from China. Be prepared to wait a month or so. Not 3-5 business days like they state before you purchase. To expensive for goods directly from China. Feel like it is a scam. Customer service is useless. Bot that just tells you it has shipped in 12 different ways. Shipping never updates.

I got the cyber punk hoodie for my 25 pound mini aussie and myself. The human hoodie is true to size but I got a large for my pup and it just barely fits him. They do offer free replacements for your dog within 30 days but I didn't feel he couldn't wear it. Both hoodies seem to be really good quality and worth the money though. The products do ship from China and it took about 2 weeks for them to arrive but overall I am very happy with my purchase.

I ordered a hoodie for my turned out to be the wrong size. Marjorie in customer service was incredibly responsive and made sure we received the right size replacement quickly.

I doubted for few month to buy a hoodie for my dog. So I bought it one week ago. I was impatient to have any news about the updates. So finally I receive my tracking number, and what I surprise, I found out that my order not sent and and just created the label AND especially my order comes from China, I already had few experiences and I was never happy about the delay. So I didn't see any information about the drop shipping and especially the delay, I could just order from AliExpress. This morning I was furious! I didn't ask for 6 weeks of delay. I'm sure the product is good but I'll never order from this site again, if you don't want to make clear that your site is doing drop shipping you HAVE TO point out the delay! I am like a naive person thought it will be England with quick shipping. I'm so disappointed, I will search another site that's more honest then this one.

Expect your item to take a long time to get to you. Also be careful with the sizes. I have a small-medium dog and the medium hoodie wouldn't even fit a Yorkshire terrier. Needless to say, I paid for it to be returned and had to wait another 4 weeks.

Received my item around 6 weeks after I ordered it and it was the incorrect item. Their customer service team let my emails go unanswered and are now trying to get reviews I've made taken down, continuing to waste peoples time and resources. I ordered early February this year and received the wrong order almost end of March. Ordered a small cotton candy hoodie for my $#*!zu and received an XL tie dyed hoodie. Bad experience in every aspect.

Spark paws recommended a size for my dog. It was the wrong size. First time order. They want me to ship it back with my own money, if they don't like the item they will charge $7 never worn. Horrible. Do not buy from here. I saw so many ads I was contemplating buying all the items but do not. Quality is also bad and sizing is wrong.

I paid more than what I thought was reasonable bc bought as a gift. Was told would arrive in time until AFTER order placed. Then told running late. Replied it was a gift and needed when first promised. Was offered $5 off my next order. Who ever said there would be a next order? And when I tried to return bc size and quality not as expected was told I had to pay for not only return but also a restocking fee. REALLY?! Total rip off! And terrible customer service! There are many other businesses to choose from. I'll never use Spark Paws again.

I hesitated buying initially and expecting to lose my money. However, the first item arrived and as described. It was too large for my bulldog so I reached out to SparkPaws about an exchange. SparkPaws sent me a smaller size at no extra charge and enabled me to donate the one I originally received to local shelter. Best service I've received in a long time and we love the hoodie.

I Love the quality and designs of these hoodies and they are very stylish. My dog really loves it!

Love this hoodie this soft! Hoodie it is a tiny but too big but that is ok. He is building muscle and he will grow into it. It is ridiculously soft. I wish I had a hoodie this soft! All so good

They've been stringing me along saying they ran out of the items I paid for, but they'll "be back in stock soon" for about 3 weeks now. Turns out they're not even a small mom & pop shop like they claim, but actually a Chinese wholesaler, which is fine, but that's not what they say on the website. They're full of lies and excuses, but so far no sign of any actual product, which is a bummer, because I was excited for the matching sweatshirts I paid $80 for.
