I ordered 2 jackets for my dogs which arrived about a week after I ordered them. They were coming from China, which I wasn't aware of when I ordered.
When the coats arrived, they were too big, unsuitable for my dogs and poor quality. I sent an email to customer service, as that's the only way to return anything, and I was given 2 options. 1, keep the jackets and receive a credit note 2) return at my cost….to America.
I was annoyed at this but just wanted my money back as there was nothing else I wanted. It cost me £20 to ship the goods back. The goods were returned in EXACTLY the same condition as I received them as they were obviously too big and I hadn't even tried them in my dogs. 2 weeks after I returned the goods, I was told that they had received my return and (in bold letters) 'they were dirty' so I would have £7 deducted from my refund. I had photos of the goods before I sent them back and they were fine. All I can say is that maybe they should have the same level of quality control before they actually send goods out to their customers they they when things are returned.
I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you want to be ripped off. They are a difficult company to deal with as everything has to go by email, and frankly, they are rude and somewhat lacking in good customer service. I have received no response when I have raised the fact that the goods were not dirty, and I don't expect too.
I will definitely not use them again.

Dog jumper

Wasn't able to leave a minus star. Useless ordered a jumper paid £30.00 waited 2 weeks nothing Got in contact with them apparently they couldn't find my order and email address. Had to keep emailing finally got a refund.total waste of time.

Just another dropshipping company

With how much they charge I would have hoped they were a legit company. They may be registered in Ontario, but don't let that fool you! They charge top tier prices to dropship you mediocre quality sweatshop products from China.

I paid in full for an order which was supposed to be for a yorkie and xxl hoodie. Tge yorkie hoodie was for a young girl, my dog was 17.6 pounds. I sent both orders back provided the tracking number, and Maureen and Shelly tell me they haven't received it. Two days prior their CSR said it was in their warehouse? I called the post office it left Michigan 5 days ago. They are lazy I wouldn't recommend them. I always buy clothes from Chewy or Target. I asked Visa to reverse 59.00 and I'm done I have at least 19 text messages I'm done. Submitted to the CFPB

Only positive thing about this company is they reply to your customer service emails but everything else is very disappointing. Shipping takes forever coming from China. Tracking numbers information are not in English but Chinese. Tracking numbers provided are not always accurate. Received an incomplete order after waiting close to month for items to arrive. Missing 2 items and receive 3 extras I did not order. Company refused to provide me a refund. Different materials are used to make dog hoodies and the quality of the hoodies varies depending on what you ordered. Ones made from cotton seems to have the worst quality. Sizes do not seem consistent with each hoodie. Will never order from this company again and recommend no one else does unless you want a headache and to waste your money.

We got few hoodies and matching set for me and my XL Bully, they are very warm great for the colder weather coming, yes as everyone says takes little extra time wait but I personally think worth the wait

Hoodie for Staffordshire Bullterrier

I have been trying for a long time to get clothes that are nice for my Staffordshire bull terrier, but as many know this is a small, very muscular breed, and it is hopeless to find clothes that suit for!

Then I got to try the hoodies from SparkPaws, and they fit PERFECTLY! Really great quality, lovely fabric, smart design - so pleased! And the prices are far less than many of the others I have bought.

Thumbs up!

I ordered everything in the smallest size possible but their products aren't suitable for small breeds. Then, when I tried to return my purchase, I was told I would have to pay myself to ship everything back, and once they got the package they stopped answering. Now I don't have the products I ordered or my money. I would literally rather chew my own arm off than order from this company again. Buyer beware

Unlike some of these negative reviews I am seeing my review is quite the opposite. I ordered two tactical collars with two leashes and two poop bag holders. The colours are vibrant and beautiful, the quality is outstanding. It took one week for them to arrive. I unfortunately ordered the wrong size collars so I contacted customer service and they said they would provide a free exchange on my first order. Instead of wanting me to send the wrong size collars back, they told me to keep them. That I could gift them to a friend or pay it forward to a dog shelter in need. I thought that was a wonderful gesture, and I am going to donate them to the rescue I got one of my dogs from! This is the kind of company you want to be ordering stuff from! Thank you spark paws and I will definitely order from you again the the future!

Terrible shipping and customer service

Definitely do not order if you need your product in any time sensitive manner. I ordered as a birthday gift. It's been 20 days since when I ordered and it still has not arrived. Customer service has been completely unhelpful. I might as well have ordered from Alibaba at this point…. Basically the same company but just with a fancier website.

Spark Paws IS legit! LOVE the product!

I stupidly ordered through a Facebook Ad which I always tell my own mother never to do. THEN afterwards, I started reading reviews and got extremely nervous! BUT I am here to tell you that Spark Paws is GREAT! I ordered on 2/13/23 and received my order EXACTLY two weeks later on 2/27/23. The order shipped on 2/17. That was not bad at all! The only reason I knocked off 1 star was that I don't recall the shipping and delivery time being transparent on the website. (And that was the reason I got so nervous about WHERE this item was shipping from as it took a little longer than typical standard deliveries). I live in California, USA.
The sizing chart was SPOT ON for my 62lb pit bull. I got her the 3XL Velvet Dog Hoodie and the 3XL pink checkered knit sweater. Both are great quality and really nice. Much nicer and better fit than the pj's I just bought from Chewy. I do always suggest paying with Paypal for that added level of protection but I am extremely satisfied with the products I received as well as the price I paid. What a relief and pleasant outcome!

Different Experience
February 25, 2023

I was a little worried after I saw all of the negative reviews on here saying that orders were late or incorrect. In my case, I didn't have any issues at all with any of this. My order came in about a week and a half after I ordered it and everything was correct. The sweatshirts are very soft and my dog and I absolutely love them so far.

We have been gifted hoodies for our bulldog, our $#*!zu and mom and dad (humans) and I have to say, I'm a #1 fan! Our hoodies get softer with wear (did I mention heaven on your skin) and are an excellent fit for our pooches. Mac, the bulldog, gets so excited to put his hoodie on (bulldogs don't like to be cold). I see Christmas gifts this year for my pet lovers!

Don't purchase

Never order from here

I put an order in realizing 5 min later the hoodies for my dogs would be too small. Sent an email requesting change to large. Got an email stating that they would put a request in for large it took 7 days for my order to be shipped was emailed and told it was to late to change and I don't understand since it took 7 days for it to ship but I also had an option to cancel order if I did not like that I would not get it by Chritmas.
Explained my disappointment in this to person I was emailing. They said they would send two large for my dogs and I could donate the smalls to an organization I said perfect. On Jan 9 deliveved two large hoodies for my dogs and have not recieved my original order of a hoodie for me and my two smalls have no tracking number for first order. Sent an email 24 hours ago have heard nothing. They say there a small family owned business but order there stuff from China feel this is not a reputable company and am out 120 for stuff I ordered
I defiantly learned my lesson to stay away from spark paws

I ordered gifts for Christmas on Nov. 25th, didn't notice at the time (no do they call this out) that they ship from China but it was still plenty of time. Per their own shipping terms, our order should arrive within 10 - 15 business days. After 15 days business days and still no package, I reached out to customer service. All they did was send me links to shipping tracking that showed the package was stuck somewhere in China. When I pointed this out, they expressed no concerns nor did they take accountability for trying to fix the issue. Even when they knew this was Christmas gifts.
Well the order finally decided to show up on Jan. 4th. :( Do you know they still don't have an ounce of "customer service", they want to charge us $7 to return the items after they failed to deliver them on time. I will never order from this site again and I take pleasure in them having to refund this big order even if I lose the $7.

Nice hoodies, horrible customer experience

4 stars for the items once they finally arrived; they fit and they're pretty nice. 2 stars for the customer experience/support when spark paws failed to meet their advertised delivery time frame. Three stars overall.

I ordered this as a christmas gift. It didn't arrive in time for christmas, despite advertised shipping times. Customer service was somewhere between unresponsive and unhelpful, customer support is basically non existent actually and items drop ship from china.

They are pretty pricey but decent quality: however do not order if you need it for a special event, it probably won't get there in time. Shipping times advertised are just false, and you won't get any support if there's a problem. They won't refund unless you ship the item (at your expense) back to china: my order was right, but if i had had a problem, this company isn't helpful or communicative with their customers. So it's like… ok. Three stars.

Shady return & exchange policies

I ordered three sizes of dog harnesses and a dog coat from Spark Paws to try on and return what didn't work for us. I reviewed the ENTIRE return policy before making the purchase as well to make sure I could return or exchange anything that didn't work. After determining which items wouldn't fit my pup I contacted the customer service agent for a part exchange & part return. They informed me I could either keep all the items and get a gift card OR pay for all the items to be shipped back myself. Apparently, the carefully worded "free exchanges" policy means they will ship you one replacement item, they will not pay for any of the items to be shipped back to them even if some of the items are for an exchange. After WAY too many back-and-forth confusing and frustrating email messages with customer service I chose to be issued a gift card and keep the items. Only AFTER I selected this option did the customer service agent let me know the gift card balance would be active for ONLY 30 DAYS. Ridiculous! The total card balance is $135 and now I'm scrambling to spend it all before the time period lapses. Nowhere in the Returns and Exchanges policy does it state that the store credit would have an expiration! The entire time I spoke with customer service it felt like they were doing everything in their power to keep my money. Each time they pulled out 'policies' that were not explained well, had an alternative hidden meaning, or were not published anywhere. This is shady and unethical business practices. Other than making sure I spend the entirety of this gift card, I would NOT advise buying from Spark Paws.
