Excellent raincoat and I absolutely love it. Finally found a coat that is long enough for our slender but large and long dog. And the hoodie fantastic design. Stays up and still allows her to see unlike all other hoodies that ended up covering her eyes. She is has the type of fur that sucks up water like a mop and takes forever to dry and this raincoat keeps her dry. Liked it so much bought a second one when it went on sale! The second order took a lot longer to be delivered contacted customer service and received a response immediately and raincoat delivered in two days! Not only excellent product but excellent customer service which is rare these days!
I ordered two pairs of matching pajamas for my two Frenchies for Valentine's Day. I never received them. When I contacted the delivery service about this, they told me they had delivered them. I then contacted the company and explained that I had not received them. Still to this day I have not received the pajamas nor a refund. I will never order from this company again. It's a scam!
Made a first purchase ended up ordering wrong size sent out a new one free of charge as it was my first order.Very helpful quick responses

Took a while to be delivered but don't let that put you off ordering as the quality and coat itself is excellent!

Estimated shipping time should be disclosed when purchasing. I didn't know the items shipped from China. However, email correspondence was excellent. A real person replied in a timely manner. It took ten days to receive the dog booties I ordered.
They are well made and the size was perfect. My dog has skinny bones even though she's 65 lbs. One random boot falls off while walking, even with the Velcro straps and bungee pull. We will continue to work with them.

Love this company! I have purchased many items for foster dogs and now my newly adopted dog, Scooby. All dogs & humans love the pajamas, sweatshirts and cold weather coats.
Its the first time I felt into a scam like this! Don't buy here. They say they make high quality pet products but it's a dropshipping company selling you cheap China stuff misleading you and based on lies.
Awful products, awful customer experience. Products are sent from China and take ages to arrive. Products are poorly made. Products are poorly sized (way too small). The company does not offer returns for a refund. They think sending another poor product once is ample enough even when that product is poorly sized and of poor quality too. They are condescending, offensive and patronising. Avoid where possible.
This is a scam company...they provide fake tracking and shipping info and even "send the package again" when you tell them you never got it. Customer service responses look like they are straight AI/BOT as is the tracking info. Don't order from them!
I ordered two items for my dog and the items never came. I waited two weeks and then spent another two weeks arguing with customer service about getting a refund. Over 30days after I placed my order, I contacted my credit card company and reported this business. I was issued a refund due to fraudulent charges. Highly recommend NOT buying anything from this company. They're not legit.
I ordered December 1st, 2024. Now, at the end of February 2025, I still have neither my order nor a refund. They claimed that the first two orders got "lost" and then offered me a 70% refund. I said, "That would only be acceptable if you delivered 30% of my order. I want a 100% refund." They told me it would take 30 days to refund. It's been over 30 days, still no refund, and they are still giving me the run around.
I ordered the same item Jan 23 and Feb 1, received emails that said they were delivered but not item delivered. They told me they resent and today I received an email that item was delivered but not item was delivered. Just emailed them not to send again, I want credit to my card and also submitted a cc dispute. I am not sure this company is legit. The courrier phone number was out of the country.
Ordered a jacket for my Boxer and one of the snaps broke within two weeks of receiving it. After contacting them for a replacement I was offered a 20% off my next order instead. Verbalized this was not o'kay and poor customer service - that my dog could not wear the jacket without the snap and never heard from them again.
I placed an order for Christmas gifts 3 weeks ahead. Still no delivery 55 days later. I have emailed several times with ni resolution. Do NOT buy from Spark Paws! It is a scam!
I placed my order on January 11. It is now January 28 and I still do not have it. I will never order from this company, and I would not recommend ordering from this company unless you would like to wait for items that you will not receive almost a month later did not get my tracking information until I reached out to a customer service showing it's still in route, but still have nothing
Kept my money never delivered on anything now tracking says cannot find order. This order placed on 11-30-24. Do not order from this scam China company. BEWARE
Website looks legit. Customer service seems super helpful. They send fake email confirmations, fake tracking, fake delivery. When you report you did not get the delivery, they sound SO nice about sending a new one, which also magically does not get delivered (and there is no camera confirmation of any delivery) and then they say, "Sorry! We will refund you part of your money." Which also has not happened. My own stupid fault for not reading reviews.
DO NOT order from this company. I have been waiting for over a month for my order that was supposed to arrive before Christmas. I placed my order over 3 weeks before Christmas. The tracking information given shows my order is STILL in China, with no movement or updates since 12/05/2024 (over 4 weeks ago). Their "Customer Service" is an absolute joke, and primarily consists of AI/Bots for that offer no assistance or solutions. I have reported this company to my bank, PayPal, etc., and encourage others to do so, as this is a fraudulent company. Had I known that this was a Chinese company, and seen the vast majority of reviews calling out this scam, I would have taken my business elsewhere. Now I am in the time consuming process of trying to get a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
Ordered multiple items 11/27/24. They've been stuck in China for over a month! Blew my Christmas and items I ordered for others. Their BBB ratings are an F with multiple complaints. When I emailed customer service I was ASSURED the items would arrive by Christmas. It's now 12/27 and they are still showing as being stuck in China.

Answer: I like using Tags for Hope! They are a Canada based company that donates to animal shelters. While their processing time is long, I've ordered a leash, collar, and custom dog tags that are so far holding up well!
