I was disappointed for missing to apply the promo code so I went and called and to my surprise they happily applied it as a partial refund. True to their word, I got my refund a few days later! Great customer service!

This is an updated review. SoftwareKeep sold me a product that stopped working after I reinstalled windows. After a painful and persistent several days back and forth with customer service, they finally addressed my concerns. To their credit, they went above and beyond with a free software upgrade in the final solution, but the original problem and their initial reaction to it makes me wary.
After order the instruction is very clear. Just need to create Microsoft account and its all downloaded.

I purchased Microsoft Office Home and Student 2016 from
Software Keep in July 2017. Order number *******.
The product key never worked, and I made contact several times with the company, using their online support, and calling them, and each time was given different instructions for uninstalling and re-installing it, before the tech would disconnect, believing they had resolved the matter.
The support I received was not successful, and I spent hours of my time trying to resolve it with them. In the end I became so frustrated I simply asked for a refund, and they told me that my 90 day warranty period had now expired, and that I would simply have to buy a new product from them, offering me a 20% discount. I explained again and again that I had called them SEVERAL times within the 90 day period, trying unsuccessfully to resolve the issue, but the sales rep I spoke to said that there was nothing he could do at that time, but that he would forward an email with my concerns to management.
I was relieved to actually receive a call two days later from Softwarekeep's management team, who had received the email the sales rep had sent, and listened to my concerns. He then sent me an email with a new product key, which worked. It took some time and persistence, but I am pleased to report that the matter is finally resolved. I am satisfied with the customer service and the end result.
