Love it now that all is installed. Purchased over the Memorial Day weekend and it took 2 days to receive the product key (their offices were closed). Left msgs because the download was labeled Australia. I did indicate I was in the U.S. and was concerned I had been sent the wrong download. I found out today that the Australia download is universal and works in the U.S. If they had mentioned that upfront I would have had less angst this weekend. I would recommend SoftwareKeep. Great low price and good customer service. Purchasing on a holiday weekend created a delay for me but other than that I am a happy customer!
I was needing to upgrade my Windows 7 and was told to buy from here by my friend. The email came in and they sent me guides on how to install Windows 10. Tim was very kind enough to tell me to back up all of my data so I will not lose any of my files! I had the software successfully installed and activated after almost a day of backing up my data. Excellent service and products!
