I bought tupperware items from snapdeal in which they send some other cheap item instead of what orderd and they are not helping it out. I met a loss of 1500/-.
Repeatedly they are saying its been above 7 days n will not take the matter as i make them noticed their falt within time.
I wont use this site until they remove Amir who is anti national.
Dear Amir khan, plz leave Hindustan but never leave bharat, Hindustan Pakistan is just nuisance created by these low minded people we are Indian not Hindustani or Pakistani hamara bharat mahan dear snap deal tell us this time u support ur country or costumer, if you remove amir than you give a bad massage to whole country. We all are brothers of same mother if any brother have some miss understanding than solve it otherwise that is is not far when there is a border after every home.
I won't buy anything in SnapDeal unless they remove AMIR KHAN who is a traitor to the country who used India to get fame and name. I will ask all of my friends to do the same.

Purcahsed a recliner *******@snapdeal. Wooden frame broke. Called Snapdeal to facilitate repair either through their vendor or provide me contact details of the vendor. But they refused. To my horror, as per them since they do not manufacture these products themselves, they are not liable to provide any support. But then, do they manufacture anything themselves? So buying anything from them is a big risk. Seems that it is a collaboration of bad quality manufacturers *******@snapdeal good discounts and in *******@snapdeal shielding them from any liabilities...
I recived the call from snapdeal and they refused again
I ordered
2 quantities of
Canon EOS 700D with 18-55mm + 55-250mm Lens in order number *******047.
But i received the partial order of both the products i received the lens in one and camera in second.
Snapdeal said they send everything. They refused to refund/replacement.
They are going back from their policy of 7 days guarantee refund or replacement and 100% customer's satisfaction. They didn't satisfy me. They didn't ask anything from me they just said we refused your request now we can't help you for this order.
They are cheater they are fraud.
My money is stucked in it which is *******

Snapdeal is refusing it again and again and again for the same that they will not provide anything. Please don't trust snapdeal for big deals avobe ******* they cheat they will send you half items then they will refuse your return/refund request and close the case without any satisfaction of the Customer. They are fake with their 7days trust policy and 100% customer's satisfaction

I get good deals here. I have also had good experience in the returns and replacement of products. The 7 days money back policy is great and makes me worry free.
I look would to give them '0' stars. I ordered a bean bag on 14thoct 2015 they charged me 540. ₹. Till now I have not received shipment details. Nor no proper response for my complaint. Its been 10days its still showing processing statement. My kind advise is plz don go for credit or debit card payment method. Go for COD. If COD is not available for that product don't go for that. They are worst then beggars who steel customers money. Please be aware..
I had ordered a product on snapdeal and just 2 days before delivery they cancelled my order not giving any reason and when I called snapdeal and enquired about my order so they said you have to order it again and when I asked them to order it again they cheated me by saying that the delivery is not possible at my postal address.
Snapdeal turns out to be completely bizzar and underdog marketing site.
My sister placed an order for bedsheets, both were awful. Print, texture, cloth quality were pathetic. When we asked for refund they took 6 months for refund and after having more than 30-40 emails and unlimited calls to them and that too in part payments (50-50). They give us missed cal (hardly rang our phone for 1-2 secs and disc) then we received emails like no answer or non contactable. If you have black money purchase from SCRAPDEAL (SNAPDEAL).
This is in regard to your complaint ******* against order number *******4899.It's the worst site ever seen till now, its a great fraud, whenever i bought stuffs from snap deal, they provide with defective one so i have to exchange and get a new one but this time i bought a blue blazer of rs 1450 and when they provided me with a defective one i asked them to return and refund my money, its been more than 15 days, neither they have refunded money nor they return the product, when i talked to supervisor, he clearly told me that i wont be given refund or product return, snapdeal has become so stubborn that they are openly revealing their fraudism and stealing customer's money, every day i call them and lost my balance getting a proper solution but they make excuses, so its my request to innocent people kindly don't buy product from snapdeal they just meant to cheat people. Peoples can checkout the cases on snapdeal, they have cheated a lot of people not just me they are habituated to stealing ours money.

I have been using snapdeal for online shopping for last 2 years and the customer service that they are providing are really awesome. The quality of products is also upto the mark.
I have ordered some jewellery sets for my sister, All the jewellery was broken and looked very old like someone has been wearing them. I email them to complaint but they never got back to me. I found there number on internet and called them but they refused to replace the item or give any refund because i have the item for 9 days and their returning policy requires all the refunds within 7 days.
VERY DISAPPOINTED, NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN.
I brought the product form snapdeal, the product was too good on delivery and on usage too, but after 2-3 days wash the quality of the dress becomes weaker

This is very irritating. I will never shop again from this cheap website. Really bad experience. I received defective pieces twice. Inspite of calling you people so many times for return u people are sending me replacement messages again and again. I want my money back and I don't want your stupid product. The product is worst, waste of money. After first wash itself color is gone away. Cant wear due to colors gone in many places its became white dots in all places. Waste of money.

Answer: Well, it is waste of time because I have purchased indulekha hair oil on sep 12 2019, as they have sent the duplicate hair oil and I return back, they want me to refund my money, till date hasn't refunded my money, as they keep asking the bank details though I have provided everything. They keep asking for my bank statement, though I have purchased the item or product on COD. Cash on delivery, as I have provided the bank account number, IFCS code, branch code. They are just playing sending emails saying send them bank statements in PDF file only. There is no customer care to speak as they have an automated message on the phone when you try to call customer care.
