AC WAS DEFECTIVE AND STOPPED COOLING IN A MONTH.
TV STOPPED WORKING IN A WEEK,, DONT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SNAP DEAL, YOU HAVE TO PAY MUCH MORE THAN YOU HOPE TO DO,,, AND THEN THEY WOULD SHUT THE DOORS, SNAP DEAL IS TESTING THE PATIENCE OF A LOT OF PEOPLE. DO NOT SUPPORT AT ALL AFTER SELLING THE PRODUCT.
IF YOU WANT TO DUMP YOUR MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN THEN ONLY GO FOR SNAP DEAL
I have a very bad experience with Snap deal.
Specially their refund policy is worst as compare to any on line shopping companies. They are enjoying our money and taking too much time to refund it. Intact they are involved in malpractices also like as sending false/ fake messages which will confuse you. So far is the concern of their customer care you can say that they are just behaving like CHEAP DALAL & they will never revert you regarding your complaints.
As it was expected that being a company based at Delhi So the culture is same... just take the money & stuck the customer's money for those goods which was not received by them.
On the basis of my past worst experiences I have taken an oath that not to buy anything from Snspdeal.

These was my first experience with snapdeal. I have indulged in online shopping with myntra before and had no issues whatsoever.
I booked a couple watch. The order was placed. Even after 4 working days the order wasnot dispatched. I called the customer care and requested them to dispatch the product immediately as it was urgent... the req was taken and they assured dat the product will get delivered in 2 days. After 2 days still there was no change in the status of order. I called them again and requested again as i was goin out of town. The request was taken but therw was no action. After this snapdeal just cancel my order without my consent. Its been days and the product is still not dispatched plus my order is cancelled. Thanx for screwing my plans snap deal. Worst customer service...
I see a lot of positive reviews here for snapdeal. The only reason is because you never had to deal with their customer service. Luckily you got your package in good shape & you are all happy happy!
If you ever get to deal with their customer service, you will really understand how pathetic they really are. Keeping low prices & delivering on time is not the only thing that a customer expects from an e-commerce site. Its the post sales support which actually counts for a feedback / review.
I purchased 2 chairs from snapdeal sometime on Jan 16. I didnt like the chairs, so I returned them back for a full refund. But after few days I only received refund for only 1 chair! I had been complaining to their customer reps about this issue. But everytime I only get their promises saying - you will get 100% support from our side. We will look to get your 100% satisfaction. Almost every rep saying the same sentences. I wonder if these statements are by hearted from their training program!
Anyways, bottom line is, I never received refund for my 2nd chair even after 4 months now.
I wish there was a way to give ZERO stars. Coz these people dont even deserve that 1 star! But I dont have a choice! This is a big scam website, eating money from such helpless people! Pls beware!
Book symphony air cooler 12 liter and get delivered within 3 days.

I never seen the product (12 liter symphony cooler) physically.
I thought the size of the cooler is enough for 3 family member.
But when I receive the product, I realize that 12 liter cooler is not enough for us.
Even the height of the cooler is also below by BED height.
That is why I raise return request on same day.
So that I can replace / book another cooler of 30 liter.
But they refuse to take the return / replace and say they will never take return for electronic items.
Cooler is still untouched and box was still packed as it was at the time of delivery.
Cooler is still company sealed.
All guys please refer there home page, all item are listed that they will not take return.
There you come to know that nothing is returnable on Snapdeal.
Better you see the product physically in store / mall first its height / width and then order it online.
But still there terms and policies looks total fake fake.
I discussed the same with office friend and relative.
They all suggested never purchase anything from Snapdeal.

I will sell this product on ebay / olx and purchase big cooler but

Pay 50-200 rs extra but you feel relax with purchases, when unhappy easily return on a single call.
I purchased Sony MHC-V6D audio system for 29K last week. There is no power cord and there is no seal in box, seems like used one.
After raising the return request, they respond after an week even if we follow up daily.
After that, an auto responded came to send images.
Again no response from them.
Its very worst customer service I experienced.We need to follow with them daily asking the status, but even response is bad.
For delivery they give within 3 to 4 days, but for complaints they don't concentrate.
Kindly think of snap deal twice before you purchase costly items.
Never purchase anything from Snapdeal I have purchased intex auqa young 8 GB white mobile phone(0rder no*******6399) which is having so many issues Snapdeal 7 day return policy is worlds toughest return policy. Once you will be trapped ur money wasted. They guys are good for nothing.

Bought a product via snapdeal for ******* bucks, and recieved a used product, inner and outer packaging was broken including the seal(being more specific), user manual inside the box was for some other product series, Disk cover was also tempered, i filed a complaint on the same day i recieved the product, and called thousand times till today, no response, they keep telling me different rubbish stories everyday, and the funny part is that one of their executives told me that 7 day return policy is not apllicable on electronic products, they are refusing to return my product, and m frustrated now, i will definitely file a case in consumer court, snapdeal is completely a fraudulant E-Commerce organisation, these people dont even know about consumer rights, you peolple will burn in hell

They send you defective products and ask you to get it replaced or repaired by Samsung. When you get pissed they say if you don't like the solution from Samsung we will help you. After you request Samsung to give you the job report and hand it over to snapdeal, they don't have time to check it for 3 days when the complaint has been marked Priority by the supervisors. When you ask them about the status all the customer service has to say is that it is already escalated and then you have to speak to the supervisor who says that he is initiating a pickup (which never happens) so keep the item packed. After all the false promises the team above calls to inform that an engineer is going to visit you to verify the issue when SAMSUNG ENGINEERS already certified the issues when highlighted the answer is "its our policy" which means Snapdeal employees don't know the exact policies. After that they tell you it will take another 2-3 days to have the item picked up and they money will only be refunded after they receive the item and their quality team checks the product which is apparently superior to the original manufacturer Samsung.
In short, Snapdeal Customer Service desk is full of big bunch of trained liars. Their policies are made for the benefits of Snapdeal and not the customers. Save yourself the time, stress, frustation and anger by not purchasing from Snapdeal anymore. If you think the product is 1000 rupees cheaper on snapdeal wait till you find out that the product delivered is defective.
My kind request dont purchase from SNAPDEAL i bought my lenova vibe X2 on 9th feb 16 and i faced speaker problem with the phone and lodged a complaint on 27th feb 2016 still no one responded every day iam calling their customer care and sending mail there is no response. Ispoke to customer care executives Jaisree & geetanjali from their customer care they told me there is strike in snapdeal for past one week so backend team is not working. They can sort out the issue after their backend functioning.

Snapdeal is best for E-commerce site. Last week I ordered HP laser printer. This site given more pay option like debit, credit card and cash on delivery. Price was promising and reasonable. That was delivered on time. I would like to say that the services of Snapdeal is best.

Answer: Well, it is waste of time because I have purchased indulekha hair oil on sep 12 2019, as they have sent the duplicate hair oil and I return back, they want me to refund my money, till date hasn't refunded my money, as they keep asking the bank details though I have provided everything. They keep asking for my bank statement, though I have purchased the item or product on COD. Cash on delivery, as I have provided the bank account number, IFCS code, branch code. They are just playing sending emails saying send them bank statements in PDF file only. There is no customer care to speak as they have an automated message on the phone when you try to call customer care.
