After I booked the tickets as I forgot to add cancelation protection service to the return tickets. First representative answered that you are not provide such a service and hang up in the call. When I dialed again, another representative told me that there is nothing to do now and I need to call after I receive the confirmation and then you will check but wasn't much informative if I will be able to purchase it or what is the policy. Only that I can call and they will check but no explanation.
In general, the website and the process not informative, i still don't understand if the tickets include luggage or not. Seems a bit like a scam website though I arrived through agoda website so I'd like to believe this is a legitimate company and my tickets indeed were booked on the airline company end.

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
