Since the whole trip was sold to me as one ticket I would expect the travel agent to handle my request.

I had booked my flight through jetsco website, which was initially cost AUD $837 per person, somehow the site diverted me to other website - known as smart travel. Henceforth, I was then proceed to final booking knowingly the price remained as AUD $837. Upon receiving the flight confirmation from my email, I was then compared it with my bank account to ensure figure/charges were consistent with the invoice. I realised that there was hidden fee of extra approx. AUD $40 person due to inaccuracy of foreign currency conversion. On top of that, I also got charge from the bank - international transaction fee as the site was seemingly located in different region. Overall experience, I was very unhappy about how the smart travel did not specify clearly any fees incurred for the booking.

Answer: Smartfares! They will offer a deeply discounted airfare and send you a confirmation number to your email. The next day you will receive an email to call them immediately because they were unable to confirm your flight. When you call them back, they will try to sell you another flight at a much higher price. SCAM SCAM AVOID!
