When I booked the flight for everything that is extra I had a line that mentioned the fee. One of the things that there was no mentioned fee was the seat option that I didn't even picked one. After paying for my ticket I realized I've been charged 20 dollars for choosing a seat. That's wrong I hope you'll change it in the future.

I purchased a fare and paid extra for a flexible ticket. I canceled within 24 hours. They would not refund the extra amount for the flexibility ticket, $500 + dollars. They did nothing to earn the $500 and state that all fares are refunded if canceled within 24 hours.
