Then I received a confirmation email even though - had to contact customer service, she said one of the tree booking attempts went through. It was so difficult and confusing - I had no change to understand the process and the information saying that your payment has been declined even though it hasn't is quite inconvenient, as I could have ended up with three tickets then…

I have booked two tickets with the final price of 3227,26 Euro, but my credit card has been charged with 3359,75 Euro! I have wrote to the customer service, but I still haven't got neither any refund nor any response! An hour after buying the ticket, someone called and said there's no seats available on the day you wish to fly and they changed our tip plan. We had to travel one day earlier. But after I checked with the airline, there were seats available on my wish day of travel. Very unprofessional. I will never book through this company again and I will inform all my friends to be aware of that.
