I found it a bit confusing because when you try to book directly on their website, booking will turn out not possible and will ask you again to call their agents.

There are so many offers, and each one is affordable. The payment option is also simple. The confirmation of the selected flight arrives immediately by email. Everything is so fast and simple

When I put in my dates I wanted to fly I thought it would only show those dates but it also showed flexible dates. I accidentally clicked on the wrong dates and purchased. I had to change my plans. I would say please make it more known that flexible dates would be provided in the search option. That being said the process to purchase the tickets was easy and user friendly.

I booked a flight, got a confirmation
No problems so far!

Booked a ticket through Alaska Airlines and EVA Airlines. The travel agents were calling and requesting that we pay to have our seats assigned. I was able to do the same through the airline websites using the confirmation numbers for free. Contacting EVA was a pain and they wanted me to do things through the travel agency anyway. Their website, although bad, is still your best option. Personally, I probably won't do it this way again.

I like that app its very easy way to find a good flight.
