I was offered the promotion code of SFSNR22, however, the $16 discount was refused and I was unable to proceed. Only when the discount was removed was I able to book the flight. Seems like a scam bait and switch.

I booked two seats. Price was offered at 1130€ each. After i paid by credit card the total amount deductes on my account was around 2450€ all in all when it should have been 2260€. So. 200€ were charges for a reaaon still i dont know. Which means this fare is the same as other booking web sites and maje Smartfares none cheaper at all.

I bought a flight from Kansas City to Seattle with an overnight layover in Las Vegas and the initial confirmation email (not the proper one, but the one you get right after purchase) listed the flights as on the same day. So instead of Oct 18th 8:30pm Kansas to Vegas then Oct 19th 11:40am Vegas to Seattle, it had Oct 18th 11:40am Vegas to Seattle, and Oct 18th 8:30pm Kansas to Vegas. Pretty scary error to see, the booking was fine, the email was incorrect, and the call center communicated that to me clearly, but the scare and error were a bummer, and something to keep in mind.
The whole process was quick and easy. I would highly recommend them.
