Cheap flights were quickly approved. You need to be careful on the selection page to tick or until what you want (eg preferred seating) but I had no issues
I had problems with my card at the time of purchase and asked for my reservation status, they did not take long to give me an answer
When booked the ticket online I was rip off but when called customer Sevice they took care of it. Over all was good.
Começou eu tentando comprar uma passagem no valor promocional de 570€ e no final saiu por 1300€ Onde eu me senti traído estava buscando uma passagem barata e sem querer fiz a reserva de um voo de negócios onde eu tentei cancelar e foi descontado 250€ Do meu cartão sem minha autorização aí tentando resolver tive que aceitar uma passagem de 1050€ totalizando 1300€ Sendo que o valor real da minha passagem era de 924€ eu me senti em um fraude estou muito triste com esse resultado…
Quando foi na madrugada recebi uma ligação falando que eu tinha que pagar mais 250€ além dos 1300€ para agregar minhas malas sendo que tinha finalizado já com duas malar nós 1300€ triste mas aconteceu espero que isso não aconteça com outras pessoas.

I call this Numbers many time to request a refund about the charge of seating fee. They did not help me. They just hang up with out any reason.
Easy as 1 2 3! I love how easy it was to book a ticket and how quick they responded with my ticket information.
We did get a callback about change in rates and over-booked flights, but they redeemed themselves by following up finding us a similar flight. It's not easy finding affordable flights during peak season so grateful for good communication and follow-up:-)

I went with smartfares because the price for the ticket was the lowest I could find (even the airline website was a bit more expensive). Only downside, I got a call next morning trying to sell me the insurance coverage for additional $40, the person on the phone gave me false information and I ended up buying it, but after reviewing the documents sent to me it turned out that the coverage is not what the person claimed to be and I canceled (they give you 10 days to review and cancel the insurance). Turns out my credit card already provides the same coverage.
