There were 3 options for seats and I choose the one that I would select my seats for free, but after I paid for the reservations it showed $30 charge for each seat. I did not want this option I wanted to do it myself at the airport and I need to get the $60 credited back to my card asap.
I did not know I have to pay additional fee for choosing specific seat, so I requested refund for it.
But you guys did not refund it yet.
