I called to cancel my flight way before the departure date and the customer service told me it was not possible. I was so surprised.
Booked a ticket and then they asked for additional cost for no reason when I contacted them they promised to fix this but did not and did not even bother to inform me even though the flight was a few hours away. Stuck with no ticket and no flight!
After filled names and both last names, reservation was recorded with one of my last names. Smartfares help chat made correction after confirm my identity. Then later was no problems on my trip, correction was made within few hours and didn't affect my plans.
