Cheating online travel agent. Taking your money. Misleading your search to make wrong booking
Well organised and fast- the confirmation was fast and sent as soon as possible
The booking experience itself was good, the variety of options is really good. But I can't understand the difference between the proposed additional options. E.g. There are 3 proposals for cancellation- re- booking insurance, and no clear differentiation in between them.
Zero experience as I have been issued ticket and my money has been deducted from my card and I am standing at the airport

Making the reservation was easy but then the customer service people began to call me in a very bad way trying to change the price of my reservation and threatening to cancel my reservation
I Pay for a ticket but the airline did no hold the price. I had to pay extra.
Tickets are way overpriced, I paid $2,473 for 3 adults and a 2year old from Norfolk virginia to Fort Lauderdale. It's ridiculous, and sad. I'm driving next time
