I booked the tickets over your website. After making the payment, I didn't received the tickets. Instead, I received an email asking me to confirm obtaining the tickets. I contacted the customer support and asked to check it. After a long discussion, turned out, the tickets were not purchased and a new price is more than $80 higher. I had to pay the difference and finally received the confirmation for the booking. Unlike other ticket provider services that give you a booking code and a nicely designed description of your trip, SmartFares' email with the confirmation contained a link to a website where I could find the booking codes (for some reason, on the website it's called "ticket no." which was also confusing). At the end of it all, I haven't even received any voucher for this experience which was another disappointment for me
Good with the one exception that none of the documents list the airline company reserved?

I booked a flight on SmartFares, I was told that I couldnt check in, because the travel agent cancelled my flight. SmartFares never informed me about this cancelation. I m waiting to find out if I get a refund at all.

Answer: Smartfares! They will offer a deeply discounted airfare and send you a confirmation number to your email. The next day you will receive an email to call them immediately because they were unable to confirm your flight. When you call them back, they will try to sell you another flight at a much higher price. SCAM SCAM AVOID!

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
