Too many offers for bullsht services for too much money. Also no way to tell during booking process or after receipt of the confirmation if your ticket includes luggage. I took one star for this.
Everything was good. But then the help desk called me and said that the deal I bought has expired. So, I had to pay extra to keep these flights. That was unpleasant.

I got one confirmation email but you guys charged twice with a different fares. It's still processing in my bank account but I have no idea about it.
Finding my flight and going through the process via internet was fairly easy. Smartfare sent me both the flight confirmation code and Alaska Airline code in minutes of having paid for ticket. This gives me comfort that my trip is all good and ready!
