I sent a message via email inquiring about extra baggage fees 48 hours ago and they haven't replied; my flight is due to depart in about 2 hours and I'll have to probably pay extra at the counter. Never booking through this disorganized site.
Easy to book, but only thing is it says total cost in Candian dollars but charge bit more for foreign currency transaction than quoted at the end. Othe wise all good.
