I had to make 4 phone calls just to confirm my booking …every time I call, I had to spend 25 minutes, explain what I need, the verification process is very long and then each time I was given an explanation contradicting the previous one …I was even asked to pay extra $300. Wouldn't use them in the future.

I was given the option to use SmartFare or a number of other sites. I chose SmartFare to book my flights to Rome in October 2023.
