Tried to cancel within 24 hours on a 180 dollar flight was advised I would only get 80 very very hard to understand people assisting
I never book an airfare through this website before. But my first time experience is quite satisfied. It is Fast processing and follow up after the booking.
It's a major scam! It states right on top of the reservation page that you can "You can cancel for free within the next 24 hours!". When I asked to cancel within the 24h, I was told that only the ticket would be refunded, while the taxes and fees are "non-refundable", totaling about USD $300. Taxes are non-refundable... Unbelievable!
Called up about hotels in market but agent was not knowledgeable of local area.
