It was quite stressful when I tried the whole day about 3-5 different times to book my ticket and it kept saying "your booking cannot be completed, call us..." On Smartfares website. My job doesn't allow me to make personal calls, so I was going to buy from another website. Unfortunately (fortunately?) the other website requires passport information to complete booking and I didn't have it with me so I just quit buying the ticket. After I went home, I thought to give Smartfares one last try and it miraculously went through. I was completely shocked to be honest. Then it says I need to wait for confirmation and that kinda kept me up the whole night. Once I obtained my confirmation email, I then felt a lot better. There are a lot of information that Smartfares misses on the tickets I bought and those information were available on the other website I went to. I think might just use the other website next time.

I found everything I needed and I love smartfares.com
I booked a flight with SmartFares and got email confirming that the reservation process went well, I should not book the flight again to a live duplication and they will send me the flight details later.
The flight details were not sent in 3 weeks, upon contacting them they notified me: " please be advised that the Airline you selected was unable to confirm your flights for the fare you had requested.
As a result, you presently have no reservation and refund of USD xxx is under process".
It sounds like my fault I tried to book a good fair through SmartFares.
Be aware and don't use them for your booking
The price was lowest than expected but I did not receive a message confirming the payment for the same moment of the transaction. So I was quite worried about the final price. The final payment charged to the bank account what's slightly higher than the final price of the website.
Only thing I was unhappy about did not see any notice on the app where I would be paying $90 to pick my seat that definitely is an overkill
