Yesterday I made a purchase at Smartfares, before the 24 hours were up I tried to cancel it, because at the beginning of the purchase it said: FREE CANCELLATION WITHIN THE NEXT 24 HOURS. RISK FREE! But they made a lot of excuses for not refunding me in full. So they lie to the customer!
I made an error on my passport name, just one letter. I tried to change the error by calling your reservation desk, they said I would have to pay $90us to correct it, I did not have a choice.
