I booked a flight and tried to change my date the next morning before 24 hours.my confirmation came in minutes before 9am and I called 7.47 the next morning spoke to the rep and a supervisor who said I am 12 minutes past 24 hours and the airline going to charge fees and my ticket is non refundable.I called American airlines and they said what they told me is not true but smartfares is the only one that can make changes...rip off it was a whole hour before 24 hours and I have proof of my email time and my phone records to prove that this is a clear rip off and lied about the airlines

I was helped to cancel and rebook for another flight quickly using the chat feature on the SmartFares website. Great customer service!

Good website. Easy to follow. Found a good price. Received confirmation email very quickly.

Percato que no han echo el cargo correspondiente a mi tarjeta de crédito la cual ya tenía número de confirmación de vuelo y responsablemente llame a la agencia para estar segura que todo andaba bien con mi compra, el agente Cabrito González quien fue el que inicialmente atendió mi llamada me indica que todo estaba bien pero al parecer el día que realize la compra(la cual ellos enviaron número de confirmación) hubo un contratiempo y no pudieron hacer el cobro, luego me da mi información completa email, número de tel etc y me pregunta si quiero intentar nuevamente con mi tarjeta lo cual indico que si (claro soñaba con ir a Madrid), entonces el pago procede y al minuto me dice, ese vuelo ya no está disponible y si lo quieres te puedo montar por $6,000 más, me toma por sorpresa pues inicialmente me había dicho que todo estaba bien, entonces le digo es imposible ese gasto para mi y ambos entramos en un debate pues yo tenia mis vacaciones separadas para las fechas 21-28 de febrero 2023 entramos en un debate para buscar solución pero el agente fue desafiante, luego hice varias llamadas y al parecer se pasaban unos a otros las llamadas y nadie quería hacerse responsable, no me querían devolver mi dinero en su totalidad, pedí hablar con un supervisor y me lo negaron, fueron tres agentes en particular! Como agencia fracasaron por un empleado inepto que no supo ejercer bien su función con un cliente.

Overall it was good! First time using this site. One thing that I would include is displaying the email that they are sending the reservation to - it took a couple hours before I got my reservation confirmation email, and was a little worried that I accidentally entered the wrong one until I got it.

It was good process of booking,reasonable freight fee,simple and detailed options,follow up.etc.I will do booking again the Smartfares in next time. I was confused by my credit card validity during paying process,but solved well by the process for prevent fraudulent.
