This website is a scam. I bought a ticket, and a week later I still hadn't received a booking confirmation, so yesterday I called. They told me my ticket hadn't been processed yet because the price of the airline ticket had gone up by 400 dollars. I checked on the airline website, and that was BS. It had actually gone down by 100 dollars. They were trying to get me to pay 400 more dollars, and I said I wouldn't do that because it makes no sense, and also why had a week gone by and they hadn't let me know about this? My ticket still hadn't been processed. So I told them I wanted to cancel my ticket (since they still hadn't processed it and they were trying to charge me 400 more dollars) and they said there was a 300 dollar cancellation fee! Unbelievable. This is clearly a scam. I told them I would not pay anything since THEY HADN'T PROCESSED MY TICKET AFTER A WEEK, SO WHY WOULD I PAY 300 DOLLARS TO CANCEL SOMETHING THAT HADNT EVEN BEEN PROCESSED. BS company!

I have booked several tickets for myself and my friends to go to Verona, Italy. Received a confirmation email stating that the tickets will be issued in 24h time period however, haven't received the issued tickets. I have checked on the airline website the status of my reservation, but it says that the reservation was canceled. My card was charged! I don't want to say it's fraud, but this company needs lost of improvement on customer service and communication. If I won't receive my tickets during the day, I'll definitely open a charge back.

The next day you will receive an email to call them immediately because they were unable to confirm your flight. When you call them back, they will try to sell you another flight at a much higher price. SCAM SCAM AVOID!

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
